I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Joe Myers Ford in Jersey Village, Texas. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the dealership was far from positive. Here are the key issues I encountered: The first review on here was five stars. The second one should be zero. 1. **Deceptive Practices**: - During the car-buying process, I found the dealership's behavior to be deceptive and misleading. Answers to my questions often felt evasive, and it seemed like they were making things up as they went along. - Honesty and transparency are crucial when making such a significant purchase, and Joe Myers Ford fell short in this regard. 2. **Unfulfilled Commitments**: - The dealership failed to honor its commitments. I consistently felt let down. - When a business doesn't stand by its word, it erodes trust and damages the customer experience. 3. **Lack of Professionalism**: - The overall professionalism of Joe Myers Ford left much to be desired. From communication delays to unhelpful staff, the dealership didn't meet the standard I expected. - As a customer, I value respectful and efficient service, and unfortunately, I didn't find that here.

love this dealership …… My first Ford experience has been amazing sales was super easy and i was in and out. just went in for service and they answered all my questions about how much a service is ect. They even have loaner cars!! Joe Myers has given me the same if not better than what i get from the luxury car dealers…. and my new 23 F150 limited definitely feels like a luxury car.
