    In Nov 23 I was looking for a car and was working with Sebastian. We could not make a deal so I thought we were done. I had an email from Stacey in Dec 23 asking if I was still looking and and I said no. Well Jan 24 I check my credit report and see 2 hard inquiries from Baker Nissan on Jan 5 and Jan 7. I'm not looking for a car and did not give them permission to run my credit since Nov 23. I emailed and left message with no response back. Jan 31 2024 I called and talked to Kene in Finance. He was so rude and condescending and insinuated I was not smart enough to understand my credit report. He denied running my credit report this month even though all 3 reporting agencies show it. He took my number down and said he'd call back. Not holding my breath. I emailed Kene and another finance manager Christian ****** afternoon of Jan 30 2024 with a screen shot from my credit report clearly showing it was a hard inquiry twice. All I'm asking for is them to remove the inquiries from my credit report. The receptionist at the time I called said this is a very common complaint and I should "stay on them" about it.

    I had a very back experience with Baker Nissan service department (YAMET ******), when I got an oil charge (for 2018) and 2 two days later the check engine light came on, please keep in mind before that visit, my vehicle never had any problems. They towed my car (2 days after the oil change) in for a checkup (Yamet said, "you have to pay a fee to check the engine" and I told him no!) because they did something to my care, and it cost $700 to fix the engine problem. And six days after the car was fixed the whole dashboard lit up and would not start. They towed the car again and that time Yamet said my car needed a new battery and it would cost over $500 (this price was not including the labor cost), I had them charge my car drove it home and went to the auto parts store, bought a battery for $300 and the guy at the store put it in for free. So, the new battery was put in the car, the check engine light was still on, and I took my car back to Yamet the same guy that cost the problem, and this time he said it would cost $900 to fix my car. After that I decided to take my car to another dealership service team, and the problem because them not doing their job right at Baker Nissan. Please investigate that dealership team.
