I know many people (me included) who benefit from N2 magazines. Stroll, BeLocal, etc. They are beautiful magazines and free! This company does a great service by sharing amazing stories that really help people feel at home. Keep it up!

They sold my wife an ad that has not provided a single lead. She is elderly and runs a sole proprietorship sewing business. She has health issues and has closed her shop. She notified this company in writing and has only received stalling responses. Its been six months and were not paying for six more. As you can see in the reviews here your ratings are below 3stars. You say you have ********* values as you prey on elderly people? If I had read your terms I would never have let her sign such a scandalous agreement.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We looked into your wife's account and see that she was able to provide proof of business closure (as is needed for us to move forward with prematurely ending the agreement) two days ago. Our local rep confirmed he received it and will be calling her today to move with this process.

Gave them a try but after a year and a half have seen 0 results. Not a single lead came out of these magazines. I got the same speech about it is not about instant response, but brand recognition in the community. I was not expecting the world, but 0 leads for the amount of money is just a bad investment. I understand there is a contract, but I emailed them and said I would just like to part amicably. Not only will they not do that, but I also found out in the email that one of the magazines I was in is now defunct and only then did they offer to switch me to another neighborhood. I told them to send my request to corporate and if I can't cancel now then consider this my 90 day notice. I have not received an email since and it is 5 days later. You have received a considerable amount of money from my business now just let us go.

Hello. The local publisher shared with us the email exchange in which you expressed an interest in ending your contract prematurely. It looks like your email was received April 10 and your local publisher responded to that email within two hours. As she explained, the 90-day notice of ending your contract is a viable option for you, and since the posting of this review your account is set to end after August. While we hate to see any client part ways, we wish you the best of luck in your new General Manager role.

Five stars for my favorite magazine, STROLL! It is quaint, fun to read, well rounded, and full of life! My spirits are always lifted when I read about the many accomplishments and celebrations of our neighbors from little ones to senior adults. This magazine does an amazing job covering neighborhood news and capturing meaningful moments through features and photos. I look forward to receiving my copy each month!

A local representative to my area named ***************************** came into my store promising business by running an ad in ***************** She told me it was a month to month contract and that there was termination clause. She also said I could build up payments to create bigger ads/spreads each month. I paid the initial payment which was over $400. ******* sent me a TERRIBLE ad that was claimed to be designed by a professional but looked like a template from Canva or a mobile app. I sent back many comments on this ad in hopes it could be made presentable and I was unwilling to keep paying each month until I saw a reasonable ad that was attached to a publish date. This never happened. I never received a suitable ad back from the company, never heard from ******* again other than to invite me to one of her mixers, and N2 has since sent me several threatening emails claiming to send my account to collections. I have requested contact info multiple times and have received none. They claimed they did run an ad- which means they wouldve done so without my approval- and again, when I asked for proof of they I got no response. My next step is to is*** legal documentation of an intent to *** to this local rep and hopefully get some resolution for this apparent scam that preys on small businesses. If the company cannot provide me with an ad honoring my initial payment, I see no reason to keep paying or be bullied into a wild collection settlement. I see many other complaints of a similar nature and wish Id done more homework on this company first. Beware!

Hello. It is difficult to reply to this review because much of what was said is contradictory to what we've seen and heard from our local publisher who has tried to work with you. Your publisher did send proofs to you repeatedly and tried to communicate with you several times (including via text message and Instagram), to which you stopped responding altogether. You requested for her to set up late payments for you and when she did so, your payment was still declined. You agreed to advertise in the magazine and we held up our end of the contract by placing your ad for several months. We have now reached the point where we can no longer continue advertising your business without any payment and a past-due balance that grows larger each month. Like you, the local publisher who made space for your ad is a small business owner and she cannot afford to continue giving out free services to you. As for trying to find a point of contact, our support staff has continually responded to your outreach and has laid out every option for us to reach an agreement. Unfortunately, you have not opted to work with us on resolving this issue.

Complete waste of the paper they write their magazine on. DO NOT use this company. They start with the magazine and then try to push other non working products that are just as ineffective. You've been warned
