    I was lied to. I was told that I would have to pay $59 every three months and even verified with the lady on the phone. I agreed. They then started charging me monthly. I called and told them this is what I was told. I talked to a supervisor and he said he would listen to the phone recordings and get back with me. He said I talked to a man (I did not) I asked to be emailed the audio records and he refused. They try and charge me everyday and refuse to provide proof that I was told to pay every month. I went extensively over the contract with her and she said I just have to make the payments on the dates with (S) in front of it. They never did the two week follow up. Nothing.

    I contacted Prize Pest Control few months ago because I had a mice problem.They promised me to get rid of the mice. They came, sprayed, set up traps twice. I paid on or about three times. The mice problem kept getting worse. I called them and they came. The mice, once again kept growing and growing as the mice kept invading my garage, my kitchen and the living room. I kept calling them. They came but the infestation kept growing.I was so desperate to end this infestation that had no end. In my desperation, I bought a wave emitting system from Amazon and installed it as soon as it arrived. Great Idea!The mice disappeared by the following morning. Not a single one left!But now, Prize Pest Control keeps harassing me to pay for the rest of the year even though I fired them for not performing the end of their deal. I sent them a letter of complaint, to no avail.They are still sending me harassing letter trying to collect fees they never performed as contracted.Please help me get rid of this NON PERFORMING COMPANY. This has to stop Thanks ***************************.

    Do not use this company, they will make it impossible to end service. They have charged me over and over and over again for service I did not get. I tried to cancil last year but they will not stop charging me for service I did not get. They have not been to my house since the middle of last year yet they keep charging me for service they are not providing.
