    This last week I have had so many problems working for ShiftKey. Last week I received a notification off of the app that several shifts I had been assigned took me off the schedule. I didnt know why and attempted to contact the facility. An hour later the shift had been reassigned to me but at a lower hourly rate than what I had requested and what had been accepted previously. I called the facility and they didnt know why this had happened. I asked them to take me off the schedule so I could reapply at the wage I had requested previously. The did and then the shifts never showed up again for either me or the facility. The facility scheduler couldnt get ahold of SK to resolve the issue. I called SK and they didnt know how to fix the problem and told me to call the facility again. I was on the phone for over three hours going back and forth and neither the facility or SK were able to understand nor help with the situation. Turned out there was a merge with the facilitys scheduling app and SK which caused a lot of problems for a lot of people. This problem has still not been resolved and I have lost out on shifts and money that I was previously promised. ***************** came in contact with me and said that the shifts that the facility accepted would pay me $21 but that app just said something different ($19.25) . He did not offer me this in writing but said to contact SK the day before pay day to make sure this was confirmed. Today the facility is reaching out to me because there is another issue in there app that wont allow them to see me scheduled on their scheduling app. I havent been able to get ahold of anyone from SK to resolved this problem either. I am only a CNA with no technical background and yet the facility keeps reaching out to me expecting me to fix in when I am only a health care professional and contractor. I am losing money and time due to discrepancies of this company and want a resolution. The app needs to be revamped and they need a better HR.

    In June of 2022, I was working in ******, ** as a Contractor for Shiftkey, LLC. I was working in a ************** and Rehabilitation Nursing Facility were I had been going for quite some time picking up shifts. Prior to that I had worked at another facility in **********, ** and worked with a *** Cierra ******* and things went awry that night at the facility. The *** had assisted in getting me suspended from using the platform with Shiftkey, LLC until the ******** ****** of ********* General cleared me off any wrong doing. After my reinstatement with the platform, as stated, I was working at the facility in ******, **. The same *** was going around the facility telling other staff libelous and slanderous things about me. The administration was notified and she was moved to another hall. I was unable to finish the shift predicated on the fact that staff was aiming to upset me and cause me to leave. I eventually did. I text the scheduler about the situation and told her that I would not return. The next morning, Shiftkey suspended my account again and I appealed the decision. Shiftkey stated that my suspension stood and would indefinitely. I was never given reasons why other than the same libelous statements were stated to be by the Account Manager and I lost my ability to work using the platform. I have reached out again after almost a year now. No criminal charges have been taken against me and I have outlined the reasons why I should be reinstated using their own **************** but have heard nothing in return. I am reaching out because I only seek to be reinstated and treated fairly. Shiftkey has wrongfully taken my ability to support my family and I wish to be given that back. I hope that you can help me in this endeavor. I would like for them to reconsider and understand that my life is in crisis. My nursing license is in good standing and no criminal charges have EVER been filed and I am seeking reinstatement to correct the losses I have been handed.

    I worked a shift through shiftkey on 01/31/23. At the end of my shift I sent my timesheet in through the app after getting it signed by a staff member at that facility. Shiftkey did not pay me for the full hours I work and ended up shorting my $80. When I attempted to reach out several times I was always told the problem would be escalated but nothing was ever done. I spoke with facility I worked and was told they even tried to speak with shiftkey about shorting my hours and my money and the *** stated shiftkey would not return her calls.

    Ive been calling and emailing this company for two weeks straight with no response about a background check that Ive submitted around a total of 8 times and any time I finally get in contact Im placed on hold or I get the run around and then told that Ill get a call or email back and I havent gotten either or this is really frustrating when you expect a business to help fix mistakes on their end and they wont even answer the phone or email for you !

    I was accepted to work a shift on March 30, 2023. I called a few days later to cancel the shift because I had a family emergency. On the day of the shift I went on to work at the facility because it hadnt been cancelled and my emergency was then ok. I worked a full 8 hour shift and uploaded my worklog for the facility to lie and say that I did not work the ********** my Shift Key account is suspended because of a lie.

    On Jan 15, 2023 I worked a 12 hour shift. On Jan 17, 2023 I was paid $388.61 for that shift which went to a closed bank account. I contacted ********************** to tell them the payment went to a closed account. I was told that it would bounce back and I would be paid on the next payment cycle. I have contacted them since then but have still not received my money. I need to be paid.

    ShiftKey suspended my account November 17th of 2022 right after I worked a shift. I called Immediately to find out why and no one would give me an answer other than to message appeals. well I finally decided to call and the associate who answered the phone from the help desk told me it was due to a facility DNR me and suggested I reach out to the facility. I called the facility and spoke with the *** and the scheduler both stating I had no been placed under DNR and they would love for me to return. So I reached out Via email again and was told that my account was suspended for violating shiftkeys terms and conditions because I posted a resident on social media (WHICH I WOULD NEVER DO) I immediately message appeals and was responded to within about 3 days with my appeal denied. I kept reaching out asking for my account managers info (which I SHOULD be entitled to) and was told they do not give out the information they would not even give me the name. I eventually found a managers email over the help desk giving me the same runaround telling me to message appeals when appeals will not even respond. This company is so unprofessional and uncaring of their contractors.

    On March 12th, 2023, I worked a double 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shift at ******* Rehabilitation via the Shiftkey application. After receiving a decline notification, I contacted the facility to approve my shift. Once the Director of Nursing let me know that Shiftkey had an internal error, I did a three way call with Shiftkey Management and ******* Rehabilitation. My case was escalated to the Account Manager on March 13th, 2023, and I was guaranteed a three to five business day window for solution and payment. On March 17th, I contacted Shiftkey and I was told that there was not a solution but I would have one by close of business. On Monday, March 20th, 2023, I called back and the supervisor that I spoke with told me that she will escalate it to a higher department than the ****************** team and call me back with an ETA of funds. I never received a call back. I called again on March 21st. The supervisor I spoke with explained that my case was being worked on so I requested that someone from the payroll department contact me directly. The supervisor stated that she will request it and escalate my case once more. She also stated that she would call me back. However, I never received a phone call. Thursday, March 23rd, I called back and spoke to a customer service representative named ****** who was COMPLETELY incompetent and under qualified for handling escalated calls. I had to call in three times in order to speak with a competent representative before speaking with a supervisor due to getting ****** the first two times I called. The supervisor I spoke with told me that there were no updates and my request wasn't sent until March 21st, 2023! I am OUTRAGED! If I do not receive my funds by tomorrow, I am suing Shiftkey for pain and suffering. This is the second time this has happened to me with this company!They do not care about the contractors! We are just dollar signs! If this doesn't get resolved I will go public.
