      if i could leave a negative star review i totally would. customer service is the worst ever. No one will return phone calls, respond to emails. Get the run around every single time we call. Their insured hit us, have admitted fault, they claim a check is in the mail. Will not speak to the body shop guy that is working on our car. He has simple questions he need answers to before he can do the supplement form for additional repairs. We cant get simple answers to simple questions. This has been the worst experience ever. Accident was almost 7 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. claim TXOA25-0004201

      I submitted a claim a couple days ago and got told that an adjuster was going to get assigned to my case and call back. I never received the call so I called back today and they told me that an adjuster has still not been assigned to my claim. CAN25-0001939

      Blue Fire Insurance is the worst. Their insured hit my car and admitted fault, but weeks later Im still getting the runaround. They dont return calls, refuse to set up a rental, and make it nearly impossible to get help. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Avoid them at all costs.

      A bluefire driver hit me. When I originally contacted this company I was told by **** that policy is inactive although he provided a claim#. Days later an adjustor called asking questions stating that the policy is active. I paid for the police report and submitted it to the adjustor ***** who hasn't responded to emails or calls. His phone doesn't allow voicemails. I'm without my vehicle this experience and this company is horrible. Claim#LAO25-0003818

      Denies liability and won't take responsibility for an accident even when the police report and a witness, stated their driver was at fault. They are stealing people's money!!!

      Literally LIED about not being able to contact their customer. Customer left scene after waited over an hour. Provided me with all his insurance information and I took pic of his vehicle. Customer # on the window of vehicle, I called # and the man picks up and says BlueFire never called him. I had to provide the police report and pics of my car. This is a scam insurance company with no integrity, values, nor morals. Proceeding with an attorney. Adjuster even asked can I get video footage from local business in area to assist them. They need a statement and AINT trying to do nothing but delay time and avoid ******************************** Their drivers should have a bumper sticker saying UNINSURED DRIVER cause BLUEFIRE tries to provide any bogus excuse. Holding for company now and can't get nobody online with the customer on the line with me. Customer # was on his back glass of the vehicle as he is owner if a roofing company. BlueFire is pathetic!

      Horrible horrible company. Can't imagine how they're still in business all these years. Oh I know, maybe it's all the unnecessary fees and the constant raising of prices behind the consumers back? How are yall gonna take my money, send me a receipt saying I paid, then a week later you cancel my policy saying we didn't pay. Then when we try to reinstate it, it's almost double the price we were paying? **** a d*** bluefire.

      A Bluefire-insured driver hit my vehicle; I got no help from the company. The driver is also unresponsive. Bluefire appears to be a scam company that avoids handling legitimate claims and may exist only to issue proof of insurance without fulfilling any real obligations.

      The worst insurance company ever. They closed my claim because they reached out to me once with a voicemail. I returned the call and left a message. They called me once again but didnt leave a voicemail. I returned and then they closed it. Reading the reviews, this company is more crooked than a right hook. Destiny who is a manager has the nastiest attitude. She will speak over you, not let you get a single word in and have the audacity to say youre being uncooperative. They will tell you an adjuster will call you within ***** hours and nobody will ever call you. They do not return phone calls, it takes an act of Congress for them to even answer your phone calls. I have left destiny 11 voicemails and she has not returned a single one the has the audacity to say Im not cooperative? I wouldnt recommend this company if my life depended on it. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do not worry about my claims number, as I am going through the insurance commissioner to fix what this company wont.
