    If you read this, stay away from 4Change Energy. Pretty terrible service. I signed up for 24 months and less than 2 months in I was charged 5 times what I would normally pay with almost any other service. Because they had a 60 day period to switch services, they STILL tried to charge me the $250 cancellation free. You tell me, is $400 for ***** kWh reasonable to you? How about only 2 days of usage for $60 for consuming 286 kWh? If it does, you're getting rekt. Absolute robbery. I had to call twice to get the cancellation fee removed. Such a terrible service and their prices are absolutely deceptive. Never had such a terrible service until now, I'd give negative stars if I could for their review. Stay away.

    They will s**** up and charge you fees that you never were supposed to have and instead of just making it right, they will make you pay all the fees and then "credit" it to your account the following month. They dont take responsibility for their mess-*** and never have a supervisor who can talk to you. The **** read from scripts, can barely speak clearly, and can't do anything for you. Complete waste of time and money. They are the "cheapest" for a reason. Cause they really aren't they will find a way to s**** you, just like everyone one the other companies. I had a credit card stolen that was on their file and so it didn't process correctly, they said they sent a disconnect notice, I searched all the spam folders and everything and never got a notification. I got all the rest of their emails about usage and stuff. When I asked how they were going to make it right, they said they couldn't help me. I had to ask four times before they offered this "make it right fee" Just absolutely stupid.

    Their website is horrible. It swaps back and forth showing me owing money then a couple days later is states I owe nothing, then back to owing $$ with a disconnect notice. No communication that there was a problem with our billing except emails - no phone call or letter in the mail ( I am 77 yr old and not that good with computers) They told me I could not pay with credit card anymore because it was rejected (I have used this credit card many times at other stores and online with no issues) So their system has the issue but they wont make it right. So I went to a store to pay my bill with cash and they said I only owed $290 (paid) then 2 days later I get another email that states I owe them more money or get disconnected. Why didn't they have me pay the entire amount when I paid cash at the store? Not to mention that it took me 3 calls to get a *** that I could understand thru their accent.

    Charged me for a cancellation fee while I was still using their service. Removed the fee one month, and then put it back on the next month. They refuse to remove the fee the second time, because they already "credited" it to me.

    This company, 4Change energy is not for the customer.They will not work with you on your billThey are unfriendly.They have no professional qualifications.They talk over you and and try to over charge you.They will not update your address when we ask and they said they did and did not.They need to be regulated by President ***** helpers.They overcharge the customers and offer no sympathy for struggling older people or for sick older people.They are a bad company.I will never offer them or refer them to anyone.

    We've had service for almost a year and we never received bill, so you never know how much or when is due date. They sent email that you're late and you have to pay late fees. Our bill increased by $200.00 per month in the last 3 months with them. The last bill was $806.00 in winter month! It was cheaper for us to pay penalty for breaking the contract then staying with their services. This is absolutely worst experience without a doubt. Don't waste your time and money!

    I disputed unauthorized charges. The March 2025 bill was $127.00. The April 2025 bill was over $900.00.

    I had been paying attention to this 4change energy bills since I enrolled with their service and soon enough found out that they had been auto-pay charging me for higher bills and not even reading my meter. As an OTR TRUCK DRIVER I don't really stay home since I challenged them on the bills and they got bursted telling me that they were sorry for the mistake that it was an estimate based off what are provided in the first reading. After several months, I noticed same incident again and I rejected the bill and requested for a technician to get the actual reading on the meter in which they never responded so they sent me an email that they would get back to me but after that they never did, they turned off my light and everything, foods, meats, fish, all my preserved food in the freezer was destroyed. I didn't know unrul when I got home last week that I noticed a very thick smells around the house as I open my door, so I called them but the representative rejected my request to speak with their supervisor or manager! What a shame and unprofessional company. They must pay for all my damages and until then I will hold them responsible for destroying my foods after that then we can talk about the bill. STAY AWAY FROM 4CHANGE ENERGY, THEY ARE WORST THAN ANYTHING.

    lets start with if i could give less than 1 star i would. i have really had not issues until most recent payment... well other than the fact that $740/month bills is absolutely ridiculous...prior to recent payment, i cancelled autopay because for personal reasons, I had to pay from a different account. I set up the payment for the new account on payday. needless to say, I am suprised to find that they took the payment out of both of my accounts instead of just the one I set it up to pay from this month. I contacted the service center to request a refund of one of the payments. (after all, I need to be able to survive a whole month and them stealing the extra payment makes this a very difficult month). the ** *** spoke over phone with a lot of background noise, making understanding his speaking very difficult. He disregarded this concern, so i moved ahead with request. when he told me he could not give me back one of the duplicate payments, I asked for a supervisor. After serveral attempts to get him to get me a supervisor, he just hung up on me without apology or explaination. Needless to say I immediately found a new provider and service changes on Wednesday. I suppose I will still have to wait forever for my refund from them.
