    I disputed unauthorized charges. The March 2025 bill was $127.00. The April 2025 bill was over $900.00.

    I had been paying attention to this 4change energy bills since I enrolled with their service and soon enough found out that they had been auto-pay charging me for higher bills and not even reading my meter. As an OTR TRUCK DRIVER I don't really stay home since I challenged them on the bills and they got bursted telling me that they were sorry for the mistake that it was an estimate based off what are provided in the first reading. After several months, I noticed same incident again and I rejected the bill and requested for a technician to get the actual reading on the meter in which they never responded so they sent me an email that they would get back to me but after that they never did, they turned off my light and everything, foods, meats, fish, all my preserved food in the freezer was destroyed. I didn't know unrul when I got home last week that I noticed a very thick smells around the house as I open my door, so I called them but the representative rejected my request to speak with their supervisor or manager! What a shame and unprofessional company. They must pay for all my damages and until then I will hold them responsible for destroying my foods after that then we can talk about the bill. STAY AWAY FROM 4CHANGE ENERGY, THEY ARE WORST THAN ANYTHING.

    lets start with if i could give less than 1 star i would. i have really had not issues until most recent payment... well other than the fact that $740/month bills is absolutely ridiculous...prior to recent payment, i cancelled autopay because for personal reasons, I had to pay from a different account. I set up the payment for the new account on payday. needless to say, I am suprised to find that they took the payment out of both of my accounts instead of just the one I set it up to pay from this month. I contacted the service center to request a refund of one of the payments. (after all, I need to be able to survive a whole month and them stealing the extra payment makes this a very difficult month). the ** *** spoke over phone with a lot of background noise, making understanding his speaking very difficult. He disregarded this concern, so i moved ahead with request. when he told me he could not give me back one of the duplicate payments, I asked for a supervisor. After serveral attempts to get him to get me a supervisor, he just hung up on me without apology or explaination. Needless to say I immediately found a new provider and service changes on Wednesday. I suppose I will still have to wait forever for my refund from them.

    Three year customer, and they absolutely have the worst customer service ever. Do not use this company, they do not care about helping you in the slightest.

    This company should be investigated for FRAUD. THE WORST. I just moved into an apartment and my 1st bill was over $300. Never in life had this happen and I've owned a home and my highest bill was $200. Next month the bill was at $400. Then when I canceled they charged me a bill total of over $800 plus a early termination fee. ***! If I could sue them I would. This is a fraud company and they're charging people ridiculous amounts. DO NOT EVER get service From 4changenergy!!! You will regret it.

    4Change energy is the worst company ever. I was a loyal customer for years until moving to a city where they do not service. They asked me for a utility bill as proof of me moving and then said that wasnt sufficient proof then they asked me for proof of purchase for the new address so I sent them a mortgage statement and they said that wasnt enough!!!! After arguing with them for some time they accepted the mortgage statement and are now taking 4-6 weeks to refund me a termination fee of $300!!!! FOUR-SIX WEEKS!!!! Refunding by mail !!!! And theyll probably send it to the old address cause theyre so ignorant!!

    I have been calling so many times to inform them that they have not sent me a bill for 2 months!!!All I get is the same BS of a supervisor or a manager who will call me back withing ***** hours.This problem has been ongoing since end of September 2024. They say they have escalated the issue and have sent it even to their corporate office for review and resolution, it will be November and still NO CALL BACK! - **** *****, President of this company you need to get a GRIP of your company!!!! Have we made the wrong decision to have chosen your energy company?SAD

    Overcharged late fees when my payment when thru one day before the payment was due. I cannot get them to respond to my questions and have been totally ignored. unsure if this is a one-person company in some garage but I will be leaving. HEADS UP EVERYONE!!!

    The WORST company I have EVER used in my entire life. I live in a 1 bedroom apt alone & have never EVER come close to paying what they charge me every month. Upwards of $180 & the weekly report shows peaks at ******** work during the wk. I signed up & they said I entered the wrong apt number & refused to honor the rate I signed up at. I've lived at the same number for 3 yrs. I didn't mistype, I got scammed & now struggle bc of idiotic companies like this. The grass isn't always greener people & this company is ALL about green. Scamming people for electric & times during the day when nobody is even here. I will tell everybody I know & post how horrible this company is & how heartless the people are who deal w/customer service. THE WORST. Karma comes back to people who ********** & I hope it comes back twofold. Don't fall for it people & if a "friend referred"u, they just used u. Last time I ask for any recommendations for c*** like this. Down right embarrassing for sure.
