      "Spoke with an agent at 7am and was advised that I could make a payment for a specific amount and call back when that payment was made, and a payment arrangement could be set up for the remaining amount owed on bill, made the payment in the amount that was advised and called back, a second agent I spoke with acknowledged the amount paid and stated that I would need to pay a second amount almost the same amount as the first, before anything further could be done as far as an arrangement, I was advised once again by the 1st agent that I would be able to get an arrangement done, the 2nd agent stated they could not do anything for me until I paid the 2nd amount spoke with a supervisor and was advised once again "sorry, that was incorrect information given and the 2nd amount would need to be paid as well", advised supervisor that I was given incorrect information and supervisor told me" we will talk to her" but couldn't do anything else for me until that 2nd amount was paid, bill was for 406.00 the amount 1st agent advised me off was 248." ...
