              On 4/12/2024 I purchased a CPR/AED: Adult, ************** + First Aid (BLS) course for $36.95. When the receipt came through it said $73.90 with a Free Lifetime Renewal. No where did it give me the option to include or decline this Lifetime Renewal. I did not request this, plus on my bank account this purchase shows up as $100. I did the online chat and asked to speak to someone from sales and "*****" informed me that no one was available and closed the chat even though it was still during business hours. I asked to speak to someone to explain why I had been charged $100 when I initially only purchased the course for $36.95. I do not want the Free Lifetime Renewal and I want the rest of the money they took from me back into my account. I uploaded pictures of my receipt and the amount taken from my account.

              I would have given them 4 stars but as I read other complaints I see they are charging other people incorrect amounts. My course was $9.95 and a small fee to mail. However I've been charged, like other people, $10.00 more. And as I call the mail box is full. How disheartening to trust a company that is to help you and they obviously charge you too much. I'm sure this is on purpose after reading other complaints. That is a shame and I won't be using them again. How many customers are no longer using you. And how many never write you and just decide to not do business with any longer? Clean up your poor business practices and if your company needs money then charge a couple bucks extra on the course and stop cheating people!!!
