              I contacted AAA for battery service on June 14, 2021. Fort Worth Towing provided battery service on my 2013 Jaguar XF and fried the computer modules, rendering my car inoperable. Two shops confirmed that the jump start fried the modules (see one diagnosis attached), I have tried to resolve this issue with Fort Worth Towing. Fort Worth Towing acknowledges the service was rendered, but eludes phones calls and refuses to take accountability for the damage that cost 2347.27. The damage was so extensive that my car is still in the shop (today is August 30, 2021). I have contacted AAA repeatedly to resolve this issue, they assigned the case to Andrea Black, who told me during our 1st call that I probably damaged my own car. I provided documents requested, Andrea did not review them or investigate before telling me they were not at fault. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said he would call me and gave me a number that goes to VM. It's been over a month, no supervisor has contacted me.

              Absolute worst customer service. I purchased a battery a little over a year ago and cancelled after I called for a jump and was told that I used up my calls 2 of which were for the battery that I purchased from AAA for my Tundra with a 3 yr warranty. Was told I had to pay ***** for the service call to check the battery. Fast forward I cancelled my membership because of this and today Im having the same battery issue. I had it tested at autozone and its a bad battery. I called to ask where I can take it to get it tested and warrantied. I was told that my truck would need to be towed to a service center at my expense. If I removed the battery and brought it there it would void my warranty. This is the most insane circle of madness Ive ever experienced in my life. Worst customer relations and my family has been with AAA for over 40 years. Do not sign up as they dont hold up to their end of the warrant whatsoever!
