              We initially had Triple A Air out to diagnose our issue we were having with our HVAC system. With two different technicians and expensive part replacements, we were left without AC and a final diagnosis of us needing to replace the whole system. Alarmed, we hired another local company for a second opinion to reassure our investment in a new system. They quickly identified that the part was improperly installed by previous technician. To support this claim we hired a third company who also identified the same issue that ultimately compounded our issue and resulted in having to purchase a new system. Triple A subsequently lost our trust and we did not have their company install our new unit.
