    I signed up for pairelite thinking that their offer was ok. Soon after a supposed rep started texting me. He requested I pay $19 to have access to the website and his offers. I paid and sent him the model code he requested and which you only get after paying the $19. Since I sent him the model code he stopped responding to my texts. I then went to the website to look at the supposed offers and o couldn't log in. The website asked for my email or phone number to send a temp pw right away but I never received the temp pw. I then emailed the email address provided to resolve the login issue and still have no resolution. I decided to research the company and found awful horrifying complaints about this fraudulent company. I think this is a fraudulent company trying to use our data to steal funds etc. I am doing my due diligence and reporting them to the public.

    And to address your second $19 legitimacy concerns, we arent in the business of unethical practices, if we were, we wouldnt have been operating for over 5 years.

    Prior to 8/1/2023, I had attempted to cancel my subscription to this service, as I had not found it to bring me any value due to having applied for several gigs posted on the app with no response, and discovering that the same gigs can be found on many other platforms which do not cost money or require subscription. Despite several emails back and forth, my account was charged again today (11/11/2023). The subscription costs $4.95 every two weeks. Since I requested cancellation, I have still had this amount removed from my account 7 times! At a minimum, I would like for this business to honor my cancellation request and refund the money they have taken from my account since the request was made, which totals $34.65. Ideally, since this company is clearly a scam, I would be refunded all of the money I spent since subscribing on 8/6/2022 ($158.40).

    I wanted to add that this issue has been resolved, but not by the business. I ended up opening a complaint with my bank. This business would have continued to charge me indefinitely Despite my continued attempts to follow their process to cancel. If anyone finds this complaint because they are in a similar situation, I would recommend saving yourself some fristration and going through your bank.

    Hello ****, first we like to thank you for your message, unlike other inquires which are from none verified models that are upset due to being rejected for not passing the requirements , we confirm that you are authentic. Now, after reviewing your projects history we noticed that you missed in two brand deal invites which expired due to no response from your end, we always urge models to login daily to the platform and make sure that their contact info is up to date for notification purposes. However, we understand that you want to be refunded, I have initiated the refund for you which will include any charge post your first cancelation request.

    This company is a complete scam and gets rich from bogus background check fees, and charging monthly fees. They use fake photos and fake advertising that "models" earned so much $$$$$ using thier site when in reality they can't land you any work. The job applications are also fake and they have absolutely NO connections with legitimate contacts in the modeling industry. Don't fall for thier tactics. Once you unsubscribe from thier platform, they will send you an email stating that you have several job offers waiting but once you respond to them you will never hear back. They pull all the stops to keep you hooked in thier ponsey scheme. I have sent several emails requesting for them to cancel my subscription and to stop charging me and they refuse. Stay very far from this company, they are NOT legitimate and real modeling agencies don't charge you fees especially when they have no connections.

    I am rejecting this response because it is bogus. It further proves that this company is a scam and needs to be off the market. Thier "models" are fake and the brands are illegitimate. They fraudulently claim to have legitimate connections with major brands and that is an absolute lie. No major legitimate modeling agencies or brands such as ********** Models, or anyone of importance in the modeling/fashion industry does business with Pairelite so thier job listings and marketing schemes are lies to lure aspiring models into paying unnecessary fees to be noticed by NO ONE. Your leader boards are FAKE and this company is probably run by scammers in ***** or *******. Pairelite aka ThriveElite is a SCAM and has no standing in the real world where modeling is concerned. The only people making money are the scam artists who run this ponsey scheme.

    Like other complaints I have seen on here I requested to cancel my membership and have my profile deleted as I have not gotten any job offers using this site. I originally requested to cancel in May with no Response, and followed up on 6/16, they tried to offer me more "deals" which I denied and told them to cancel, which they agreed to (see emails). My profile is still showing active, and I was charged this month for the service. I need to be refunded for both May and June at this point. This company has terrible customer service and doesn't respond or complete customer requests.

    This place is a complete scam. I have been trying to cancel them constantly taking payment from me and there is no way to stop them! I have emailed multiple times and absolutely nothing, no response. I'm so uncomfortable with the fact that they have my card information since I am unable to control it and cancel. I'm beyond frustrated with no response and constantly being charged for literally nothing, I need them to delete my card and stop charging me!

    I subscribed to the PairElite "modeling service" in 2020, and after two years of nothing ever coming of it I decided to cancel my subscription. I sent an email in January, 2023 and received no response. While waiting, they charged me $4.95 again. I called my bank to have the charge reversed, and it was, with still no contact from PairElite. They charged me again in February, and I emailed once again requesting for my account to be cancelled. I received an email asking for more information, and when I sent that information I got a fake automated response claiming the email was not in service. I sent a fresh email to the **same email address** instead of replying to the previous thread, and got a response again. This time they pretended they were incapable of reading my requests to cancel my subscription, and instead insisted they would sign me up for some "special promotion." I made it clear that I was not interested, and they claimed my subscription would be cancelled and my account would no longer be charged. Today I have logged into my bank to see yet another $4.95 subscription fee has been taken.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I did not access the website or have any contact via email after I was acknowledging receipt of the message stating my account was cancelled. I have received another email assuring me that my subscription was cancelled, but see no sign of a refund or evidence that the claim is true this time.

    I have contacted this business several times now to cancel my account, including the original complaint made here. I have been assured every time that my subscription was cancelled, only to be charged again. Once again, as of today (5/9/23) I have yet another pending charge for my "subscription" that I have been assured was cancelled no less than four times.

    PairElite is a modelling agency that claims to bridge the workplace between brands and models and I pay subscription fees and they are unclear about thier services.

    In January 2020, I had done everything I could to try to get my foot in the door regarding modeling and this business gave me hope. They charged me $29 to process a background check and told me that someone will be back in touch with me regarding opportunities and an email will be sent about the status of my background check. I never heard back. I tried calling and emailing, but no one ever answered or responded. Eventually, I came to terms that maybe they were busy due to them guaranteeing people a career in modeling so I was sure there were many people they were dealing with. I tried playing the waiting game and exhausting all patience and over time, I got so caught up with life that it had slipped my mind. The other day I saw an ad that reminded me of their business and that's when I remembered. I thought, "Why not call or email to find out the delay?". Come to find out the business is now permanently closed and that they changed their name from "Thrive Elites" to "Pair Elite". I wish there was a way I could get my money back. This was a very frustrating experience.

    Hello, due to many of our models request we now allow the models to book jobs by simply logging in and picking and choosing the projects that fits their personalities. This has increased models booking by 3 folds. We would love for you to take advantage of the current system and get yourself booked by your favorite brand. However, we will go head and issue a refund of any payment made in the last month as we can refund payments made that far long.

    On 9/21/22 I reached out to Pair Elite via *********************. On their site it states someone will reach back out in 24-48 hours. No one reached out. I sent another email requesting cancelation on 9/26/22. I received a response stating
    "Hello! Thank you for contacting PairElite, I would love to help you. But before I proceed with the cancelation. Can I ask what prompted you to cancel?" I replied stating AGAIN that I want the subscription canceled.

    All I want is this subscription canceled immediately like TODAY. This business is giving me the run around!

    From the customer words selection you can see how difficult they are, to issue the cancelation we require that our customers must provide us proof that they own the account in question this is to protect our clients.     Awwww you guys are upset because I called you out? My response does not show how difficult I am. My response shows frustration with dealing with a bunch of immature fools in their 20's with something so simple such as canceling an account. You lack accountability and thick skin. You responded very fast to my words of choice due to your immaturity but take 2.5 weeks to respond to an issue. THIS IS BUSINESS!!! You sent a useless screen shot that does not prove a point.
