Wedding June 18th 2022 Lost Photos notification 8/5/22 Blocked from any communication 8/26/22 Refused resolution Eight Arms Photography ************************************************************* Photography service ********************* We hired ******* because we loved her personality and her talent for digital photography for my daughter's wedding. It ended up being the worst mistake ever. Unfortunately the most important photos of one of the most important day of my daughters life GONE lost she has no clue how it happened why it happened but everything from wedding vows to cake cutting GONE. No kiss no family photos no wedding party photos no cake cutting no daddy daughter dance no wedding party entrance zero photos of my daughter bride and her new husband at least professionally posed that u expect. She was apologetic said she recreate the wedding ceremony at the church... absolutely no way u can do that! Said she give us $500out $1500 we paid her 2 family session a year for 2 years but who wants or trusts she follow thru or lose those photos!! We asked for a refund at least $1200 of the $1500 bc she did provide some photos most not even edited. She decided it was best to block us on all platforms instead being professional and making things right! We will never get those memories back but worst of all the audacity to do business in that manner! Beware as she may be great at individual poses and family sessions do not trust her with precious memories of a huge event like your daughters wedding!! We will be filing a small claims court case knowing nothing will replace photos but that she can not treat people this way n think she can just block you! ********************* upset mother of the Bride
