    I bought a used Cadillac CTS-V from Hurst Autoplex on October 10th, 2022. I was told that the vehicle had no damages but it did indeed have damage reported on the carfax, which wasnt provided. The front bumper was repainted poorly and has scratches that were described as dirt.

    My recent experience with this dealership was terrible! I had inquired about a 2015 Chevrolet Z28 Camaro they had for sale with **** original miles. My salesman's name was ***************************. I had arranged an inspector to come out and view the vehicle so that I could be assured of a safe purchase. I had arranged to have the vehicle shipped to me due to living in ********. I told the salesman, that I would like to give him a deposit on the vehicle so that it would not be sold. The salesman said, that there was no interest in the vehicle and that's why the dealership had dropped the price of the vehicle. The salesman, *************************** stated, that I had nothing to worry about and it wasn't going anywhere. After several conversations and excitement to be purchasing a Z28 that I had been searching months for every day on the internet, the salesman calls me 2 days before my vehicle inspector gets there and states that my Z28 has been sold! My salesman stated that one of the dealerships, sister stores, sold my Z28 that I was supposed to be purchasing. Wow, did my salesman *************************** drop the ball here! All my time hunting for the collector car that I so desired to purchase was gone in an instant! At this point i'm very upset and try to reach the General Manager of the dealership. The operator passes me off to someone that stated that he was the Sales Manager on 02/04/2022 . The Sales Manager asked me what he could do to make it right and I stated, that I would like to be compensated for my time, setting up an inspector, shipping, etc... Well guess what happened...I did not get compensated and was just told sorry that they ****** UP!I would STRONGLY ADVISE against doing business with this company unless you would like something like this to happen to you or worse!!!
