      a **** round was misloaded and caused a catastrophic malfunction in my rifle. it destroyed my rifle and injured 2 people. I had the rifle professionally disassembled and measured for tolerances to assess the cause of the problem. it was found that all parts were within tolerances. it is believed that the round was loaded with pistol powder which ***** much faster and creates higher pressures. this same ammunition manufacture had a recall this year to the same issues with **** ammunition. The company has been completely unresponsive.

      I ordered ************************************************************************************************************************************** **** rounds of **** in order number ***** that cost $592 on 2 April 2023. I was finally able to try it at the range and every single round either failed to eject, feed, or fire all together. Very dangerous cracking on the necks of the brass were a clear sign that this was too dangerous to shoot. Please refund my order.

      On April 3rd 2023 I placed an order for **** rounds of **** ammo from Zincpoint for $592 and over 2 months later I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them twice a few weeks apart and called them on numerous occasions with no response and answer. I haven't been able to access their website for almost 2 months now and all of their social media accounts are gone so it seems like they may have gone out of business. At this point I have filed a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. For reference my order number is *****.

      I purchased 6k rounds of 9mm because it was the best deal I could find, unfortunately 1 or 2 out of every 10 rounds failed to fire. All rounds had primer strikes, I also tested on multiple weapon platforms from pistol to rifle with the same results. I reloaded and refired the rounds and they worked the second strike which makes me think the primers were not properly seated in manufacturing. I contacted Zinc Point about the issue and got a lot of polite lip service emails and promises beginning in Apr that eventually ended in May with...sorry it's been over 30 days nothing we can do.

      Their poorly manufactured product jammed my firearm multiple times, it had to go to armorer to be repaired. They promised a refund if I returned it. Once I returned it, they confirmed they received it then never refunded my money. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. The credit card company is now going after them for my $527.00

      I have purchased 2K rounds of your 9mm 124gain FMJ two separate times. Lot *********** They damaged both my Sig M17 and Sig P320 X Compact. They exploded in my hand while firing them. Blew the casings out the side and the primer out the back. One of them blew the magazine Spring add base plate out of the magazine. I have pictures of both of them. Im very lucky that my hand and face didnt have any injuries. Could someone please reach out to me on this matter. ***************************** ************************************************************************** ************ Please dont send me any replacement ammunition I have lost faith in your ammunition. Damage both lowers blew extractor out of the gun and they were Apex Extractors

      I purchased 2k rounds of 9mm and **** rounds of 223 on 05/3/22. I buy bulk so it sat in an ammo can until late November 2022. There were light hammer strikes in the 9mm in almost every single magazine and both 9mm and 223 had significant cratering indicating very high over pressure. One of the 223 primers was blown out. The ammo I purchased is not only defective but dangerous. I initiated a return, which they received on 1/6/23 expecting a refund as is directly outlined in the return policy. I received a shipment notification out of the blue from them and when I inquired I was told they would ship me different ammo. I explained that I had no interest in a reshipment and wanted Zincpoint to honor their return policy. I was told that I couldnt return beyond 90 days and i responded by highlighting that their return policy states no such thing and is very specific in the case of defective ammo and that I am owed a refund. That part of the conversation took place before they tried to ship me more ammo that I dont want. I reached out to *** and canceled the shipment having them return to sender before delivery. After their product was returned to them on 1/19/23, I requested my refund immediately after and communication on their end has been spotty taking days to respond. But since then, the only response I have gotten is via email saying waiting on an update. They dont answer the phone and theres no excuse to drag out a simple refund this long. Its been 3 weeks. I only wish for Zincpoint to honor their return policy and refund me my purchase price. I believe their ammo damaged my Glock 34 barrel but cannot prove this so I will replace it at my own expense. But I do want they money I am owed by them. Additionally, though this has been an absolutely terrible experience, the representative *******, when I occasionally do hear from her, was very polite. But thats the only positive thing about this entire ordeal. Zincpoint owes me a refund.

      On 24 November 2022, I ordered several boxes of ammunition from ZincPoint Manufacturing. I subsequently received most of the ammunition in a fairly timely manner despite an issue with part of the shipment. However, I never received 400 of the 800 rounds of 5.56x45 rifle ammunition that I ordered. The total price of all the ammunition ordered was about $518.05. The total price of the 800 rounds of rifle ammunition was about $278.10, not including tax. I sent ZincPoint several emails, including notifying them twice that I needed to change the shipping address because I was in the process of moving. At one point I called *** concerning the shipment, and they said they were waiting on ZincPoint, but after contacting ZincPoint, they said they were waiting on ***. I also told them I would be contacting the BBB and my bank, but I still have not received a response. The resolution I desire is to obtain the rest of the ammunition I ordered or receive a refund for the ammunition I did not receive. The order number is *****. The tracking number for the ammunition that has not been received is in an attached screenshot.

I spent over a week trying to get this dealt with. Nothing has come of it. So finally I called in to get this situation dealt with. No answer. I received a call back from a customer service rep yesterday who guaranteed that I would receive a call today from a manager that can fix this situation. I did not receive that call today. Very disappointed it seems they sold me ammo they didnt have in stock now they cannot deliver. And instead of reaching out to me to make this right they instead allowed me to continue purchasing ammo knowing full well an order I already placed wouldnt get filled. They took my money havent sent ammo. And dropped the ball customer service wise. They cant tell me when the ammo I paid for us going to be delivered.

      My fiance and I order 800rnds of 5.56x45 ammo from Zinc Point Manufacturing. The rounds were delivered this evening and I opened them to take a look at them. Many of the casings were damage in shipping. The seating of the round in the casing is inconsistent, due to that I took to further research online and found people were injured by the Manufacturers ammunition and multiple firearms were damaged. They got +$600 from us and put my wife and I at risk for injury. I will be contacting them by phone tomorrow morning and expect a full refund. How dare they sell ammo that even has the possibility of harming the individual operating the firearm.
