- Products purchased in a package have a one-year parts and labor warranty. A twenty percent (25%) restocking fee plus return shipping and handling fees for any returned or repossessed products. In the event the account requires legal action for collection, lawyer, court fees and a twenty percent (25%) restocking fee shall be paid by buyer to United Power Systems.
