      Do not use this company. After paying $2,400 for system installation, they Quoted me $800 to switch 2 outside filters. You've been warned ... Don't do it,

      Do not use! I returned my product because it kept leaking and it was impossible to get someone out to fix the leak. I went through their financing and got a loan for the products but they never canceled it on their end. The loan company has to have Dupure call and cancel for me but they refuse to answer any of my emails or calls. The most disrespectful company I have used worked with.

      DuPure is a HORRIBLE company!! I serviced the system per their protocol which is very costly to say the least & the employee turn over is high. Continuity is not a priority with the company as they never send the same tech for service & it seems their protocol is never consistent.

      I recently had service November 25, 2024 to replace my membrane in my water softer as well as the cartridges for my RO water system. The tech sent out to my house was new & had been on the job for six months. It was apparent that he was ill prepared as he called the office multiple time to get directions how how to do his job that he should have been trained for. I paid $700 for this service that included a inspection of the internal membrane where resin is collected. I was assured everything was checked & the system was in working order without fault found.

      Thirty days later I came home from work & water was flowing out from under my garage door. After I opened the garage door it was clear something was wrong with the water softener as there was water mixed with a salt residue all over the floor & my paver driveway. I immediately called DuPure & asked for a service tech to come out right away. I tried to put the system in bypass; however, it was impossible to turn the valve to enter the bypass mode. The tech arrived 8 hours later only to make the situation worse. Instead of turning the valve into bypass mode, he made the decision to replace the entire bypass part only to find out the two part sizes were not compatible. He left with no solution & I had NO WATER to my house. The following day he returned along with a second employee. The unit had to be replaced & resin was through out my tankless water heater & my entire house. They had no solution & the corporate office would not answer. I had to pay a plumber $1240 to restore water to my house as I was left THREE days with none. This issue is still not resolved & most likely will retain an attorney for their incompetency!!

      Buyer beware of Dupure! Hire Dupure at your own RISK!!! Their customer service (KaShanti ) is horrible! We scheduled an appointment for maintenance with Dupure. A guy named Abel came out and checked everything out and at the end of the service call, he stated everything was good. After Abel left, our WATER PRESSURE in our home was low! We could not wash clothes, run the dish washer and take a shower at the same time because the water pressure was very low! Our water pressure was not low until after the guy Abel came to our home. We called Dupure rep and my husband spoke with KaShanti and explain what was going on and ask her to send the rep Abel back out to fix it. KaShanti told my husband it was a resin issue or something like that, this lady told him it will cost $550 to fix and she had the nerves to email an invoice without sending Abel back out to fix the issue that he messed up in the first place! KaShanti was rude and non-chalant! Abel came back to our home two weeks later, talking about it will cost $550 to fix something he messed up! I don't think so! Do not use Dupure!

      I am receiving very bad customer service from one of the north Texas (DFW) managers. He even used derogatory language while providing sub-standard customer service. He provides a variable quote each time and when asked for the break-down I don't get it. This is to transfer the installation, but my experience has been awful. I had to call and message multiple times even to get a response. If I call the office, I am directed to the same manager. So, we are stuck with one person (think single point of failure) and at the mercy of that individual. Moving the needle and getting a good service has been very stressful. This is such a simple transaction but this Dupure staff makes it complex. Why? Shouldn't the goal be to get the transfer done at the least possible cost for the customer since we have paid so much to acquire the setup first? I fail to understand. Where is the customer centricity? I have proof to show. I am not here to debate and discuss on why and how it should be done etc. I simply want my transfer done on June 10th, 2024 at the least cost and quality, that's all is my ask. I came via referral and gave a referral too. There is a potential for more referral too if this is done well. But, disappointing so far.

      We purchased a 3 year old home that had DuPure water softener and water purification system. Called for maintenance- same issue as **** **  They charged $450 for the service, and you are given an 8 hour window with 30 minute notice prior to your service call. Not good customer service. The technician wasn't friendly and completed the service in 15 minutes. Why is the service call so expensive?
      Now 3 months later the water purification system stopped working. It will be another $114 service call as there is only a 30 day warranty.
      I won't be using DuPure in our new home and recommend you review the testimonials before using their products and services.
      Additionally the BBB should lower DuPure's rating based on all below comments.

      Don’t ever use this company!!!! Our system was installed with our new home. DuPure contacted us to do our annual check. The cost was going be to $450 so we were hesitant to have them come. They emailed or called at least once a week until We finally agreed to do the check up. They came last week. We had to prepay the $450 with no guarantee of service, warranty, or support. The tech was in our home less than 12 minutes. Do the math. That $2250 a hour with their travel time included. Really. Who is worth that?
      We have a tankless water heater also. Both were working perfectly prior to the technician checking our system. After he left, remember it was 12 minutes, the water only stays hot for a few minutes, going completely cold. We called DuPure and reported the problem. They now want to charge us another service fee to come back out, stating they don’t feel it is their fault. Can they prove it wasn’t their fault? Again both products were working perfectly before they came. There’s no customer service. They are only interested in getting your money. They refused to send someone back to check it without charging us again!!! Be aware of the lack of customer service if you decide to install their product. You will be paying way more for it than the original cost. We strongly recommend not using DuPure . We now have cold water, a system that is messed up and out money. We were crazy!!!

      I purchased a DuPure water softener a few months back. The company offered a lower price, because I signed up for replacement filter when I was ready. Two weeks back the company notified me it was going to mail me the next filter. I replied five times informing that I was not ready to change yet. Yet the company sent me a filter by UPS and charged me $67.44. I did not accept the packet and had UPS return it to the sender.
      The company has refunded $54.48, charging me the shipping cost of $11.97 plus some more. This is nothing less than a fraud.

      Please Be Aware of there Bait and Switch techniques.
      There Service Charge Before any other fees is 199
      there prices and labor are not something any homeowner or family should deal with! I have been a customer since 2014 and when i needed them the most all they where concerned about was charging me before fixing the Problem. Since they have voided my warranty I will now have to invest into another company that will take care of water issues for the rest of my Life! and my families Life! I thought that was Dupure ? I was Wrong!
      Dupure needs to Know there are Better companies that do better for there customers!
