    OH NO! I PURCHASED veneers in December of 24 and then had them take out payments until they were paid off. It was an initial down payment and then 99 a month. I sent numerous emails about how to correctly take the impression to no avail. Finally, after sending in my impressions, I was told they were not accepted. I had to purchase another kit for 22 dollars. However, I did not receive the kit for almost 2 months because when I contacted them to see what was going on I was told it was my responsibility to call and let them know I purchased it. WHAT! It does not say that anywhere. So then I wanted a refund of the 579 I paid and was told they would not refund my money. I have a lot of people helping me with my teeth and have a huge following and told them I was going to blast them on social media. I then get an email with an email address to get a refund. I send the email and get a call and text from a regular number with. Washington area code. He tells me I have to go to a certain website and let him on my computer in order to get it. I hang up and make a compliment with a few places ... I cannot say right now ... and then get. Text stating I get no refund. His words exactly. He said .. you are dumb not letting me in so you can get your money that you so in need of. I filed a lawsuit here in NC

    Throughout the process, we offered you multiple free upgrades and flexible options to support youat no additional costto make sure you had every opportunity to move forward comfortably.

    As for the call you described, we want to make it absolutely clear that under no circumstances would anyone from our company ever ask to access your computer, nor do we operate out of **********. Our company and support team are based in *****, and so is our official phone line.

    The veneers they sent me dont fit, cant fit them over my teeth, it is too small but these are the impressions that they accepted. Im concerned that every impression I send them is now not going to fit. I feel scammed out of my money considering they dont offer refunds. The ones they sent me look like I have BUCK ****** Completely UNREALISTIC and wont snap onto my teeth Looks like cheap bulky plastic over my teeth, does not look realistic at all. A complete waste of money. Would have been better off paying 500 dollars to get my teeth whitened, and saving up for the real veneers What I really want is my money back, I have little trust in their ability to make Custom Veneers fit properly And their going to keep charging my money for these impressions kits when they are the ones who made the veneers poorly.

    Let me tell you something. I have shiny smile veneers. When it comes to shipping stuff out they're fast but try and contact billing and you will be more than upset. I still had a remaining use of my warranty to get a new set sent to me. Accidentally the order was placed for e new set. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to say this was an error by phone and email MULTIPLE EMAILS. less than ten hours later I get an email stating that my order has shipped. Already have tracking number, then the money was fully taken from my account. This happened Monday its Friday ive yet to get a response from billing. Oh and you can't call the billing department either. And if you want them to call you - they say 1-2 business days before they get back to you. **** that's what the email said too. I'm out ****** DOLLARS with ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA AS TO WHEN I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. The impression kit is arriving TODAY. im not going to open the package so I can be somehow liable for having to pay this money for nothing. ****** is not something I can afford to just be floating around not knowing when or if they plan on returning it. Got the confirmation on my warranty pair saying they're working on it and will let me know when it ships. All this communication but somehow you can't speak about the money. I've sent 6 emails to billing since Tuesday with no responses. Now its Friday the order will be here today and I get told they should be calling me Monday or Tuesday. I do NOT WISH TO HOLD ONTO THE PACKAGE EVEN THAT LONG! how there is no system set in place to glaf an order that has had immediate communication as it to being an error for them to just continue on with their business as if I am just supposed to be ok with this. Now I have to out out MORE MONEY to pay to ship it back to them since they send a box and return sticker inside the box which I won't be responsible for opening. Thats all I would need to hear smh this is absolutely absurd

    Very happy with my veneers , I purchased the upper and lower arches in pearl white, which to me are nice and bright and natural looking. I purchased the veneers to hide a missing tooth and my teeth are slightly discoloured. The fit is perfect, great customer service, they answered all my questions and responded all my emails. The veneers took about 3 weeks to arrive after they received my impressions. They did take about a week to get used too, I did have a bit of a lisp but that went away after about two weeks.

    This company is awesome! I'm waiting on my veneers to be ready, but so far, the process has been flawless! The process has been super fast and simple. Customer service and support is incredible, they are quick to answer any calls and emails. I can't wait to receive my veneers, I'm confident they'll turn out Great!     Great communication. My top impression was not accepted and they sent another impression kit. 2nd one too. I haven't received the veneers yet but the communication has been great and I should get them in 2 weeks.

    I'm on my 3rd order for a top veneer. The look is beautiful and the company is easy to work with. The ONLY issue I have is that the way you have to remove the veneer causes stress to the piece and that is why I have had to replace two broken veneers. I'm not sure how it could be reinforced other than making it thicker and that causes the veneer
    to not look as good.
