Went ready to pay cash for vehicle and drive off. Hubby finds one he likes ,so asked Marco !!!!!!!!!,,,, what drive out price so we could purchase same day.He said I'll go find out it will just be 20min. He then came with ****** papers he needed to show us and use to stall us while MANAGER is getting cash out price. An hour later ,I finally let Marco ,,,,,know we are leaving, he immediately said MANAGER has our papers drawn up,,,,WOW, ,how convenient!!!!!! MANAGER then shows us some paper with a list of fees for all kinds of unnecessary stuff. I said to MANAGER, we just needed drive out price.Thinking price of vehicle, tax, title, license fee ,,,,then total and then pay it !!!!!!! Marco denied saying he would get me cash out price.4hrs later ,wasted DAY !!!!!!!!! BYE BYE !!
There entire process is a stall tactic,,,,,BEWARE!!!!!

LIKE OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED BELOW, TOTAL SCAMMERS! LITERALLY PUT IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT YOU MUST PAY FOR THEIR "SPECIAL PAINT" AND ****** ****** AT $999 EACH, SO BOOSTING YOUR TOTAL PRICE BY $1998. WENT IN WITH FINANCING ALREADY AND THEY RE-RAN MY CREDIT AND GAVE ME SOME RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATE AS IF MY CREDIT WAS A 525!!! TOTAL PROCESS WAS 8 HOURS LONG! BOOTLEG ****** *********** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER

Filled out all the online stuff up to the point of doing the hard inquiry on my credit to which I’m glad I didn’t proceed further because it turns out that they have some policy that they can’t title vehicles to out of state. Never heard of that before but idk all the ins/outs of car dealer business so maybe idk ?????…HOOOOWWWWWEEERVVVVEEEER with that being the case…THEN LITERALLY PUT THAT SORT OF DISCLAIMER RIGHT ON THE MAIN PAGE AS YOUR VEHICLES AND WEBSITE ARE ON THE INTERNET FOR THE ENTIRE COUNTRY TO SEE. Not to mention 3rd party apps like cars/carfax/cargurus/etc. Fortunately I dodged a totally pointless ding on my credit as well as didn’t waste time driving out of state. I see other reviewers saying about the LoJack stuff also to which yeah at least that dumb disclaimer is on the site about the price. Still an L tho. Based on my brief experience with them, I’m inclined to believe these negative reviews and as for the positive reviews…idk man I can’t in good faith think those aren’t fake.

Their customer service is fantastic when you’re in the store.
      However!!!!!
It is a ?? dealership. I bought a **** ********* 6 months later it completely stopped running. They had some type of warranty that is supposed to cover those sort of issues. It doesn’t. After several hour long waits on the phone, the company told us we could get our janky window button replaced, but not get the mechanical issues covered. The car sits, not working. Dealership won’t do anything about it.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Found a car on Carfax n went to check it out, Josh was great. No pressure. Then after picking a car. Nightmare began with compulsory LOJACK SCAM and some stupid Paint protection that no one needs. That adds $2000 plus tax to the price of the Car. I was ready to walk but my Son insisted on getting that Car. The LoJack was not even installed in the car. On further inspection, the car trunk was full of drying out Coke spilled months ago. Luckily since it was a newer car. Most of the stuff was intact. If not for the lack of time. I would have walked. The Worst car buying experience.
Buyers be aware of this dealership. They will push to sell you protections you don’t need, They will push for in-house financing at a higher APR than your bank is offering you. Have a knowledgeable person fully inspect a car from there before committing to it. Lastly with the addition of compulsory scam LoJack charge. There is a better deal at other dealers nearby.

This place is a total scam.
I spent three days working with Jason, got all the financing squared away, and scheduled the appointment to look at the car. The morning I was scheduled to look at the car, (after 1 phone call and 3 text messages with Jason) I learn that Jason is working at the call center in the ***********, all the tax returns and financials I sent for financing are missing, and the car is not at the dealership.
We left highly upset... The good news is we didn't buy a car from them... The bad news is our financial information is likely compromised.
We went next door to ******** Nissan and ***** ****** had us in a brand new car in an hour and ten minutes.
Don't waste your time at Auto Boutique... if there were zero stars, that is what I would have rated this experience.
My final caution is buyer beware.

My fiancée and I researched a vehicle they advertised, called them to verify it was on the lot and available, made it clear that we were paying cash and not financing. All of this was not an issue at the time.
Once you walk into the building you immediately sense the shadiness and notice the advertising for *******… I told my fiancée that something was sketchy but we waited in line anyway. In lieu of greeting you properly they’re more concerned about obtaining all of your personal information such as DL and Insurance cards and making you sign a waiver and statement of responsibility of a car that you hadn’t even set eyes on.
Then they send you to some slimy ghetto rat tail sales person that immediately gives the price of the vehicle and tells you there is a 1995 non negotiable dealer fee for ******* and reconditioning of the vehicle. First of all, with today’s technology, who in the **** uses *******. Secondly, if that car requires that much reconditioning, we don’t want it.
We can finance just about any car we want through conventional banks. We simply saw a car we wanted for our daughter and have the means to purchase it only to get some smoke and mirror tactic that we quickly detected and walked out of the showroom.
My suggestion is to not waste your time at that place of business. They obviously are unethical and only have their interest first of scamming less fortunate or under informed consumers.

Predatory business! They confirmed that they accept outside financing as long as the lender provides a cashier check. The day after I came in and signed paperwork to purchase the vehicle, the finance manager told me they could not accept my lender as it was “out of state,” even though I had left my lender information with them the day before. I see through BBB and other reviews that they have a pattern of forcing financing through their chosen lenders after saying they accept outside lenders. When speaking with him, it sounds like past problems include the loans getting rescinded once buyers/lenders realize the used vehicles they purchase there have undisclosed damages. Which was a red flag to me that they are likely hiding or not disclosing unfavorable vehicle histories. I would not put my trust in a business that makes its living off the backs of hard working Americans by utilizing deceptive, manipulative, and predatory practices.
