One *Star has been awarded because the Transportation from Airport to Hotel and Vice Versa is excellent and a great driver for pick/drop off, always on time as committed, etc. Do not believe what is orally said over the phone or in person before you make any payment to this travel agency, please demand a written letter or email, so you have proof of what is communicated to you. We made a mistake by just trusting them by their words, and later on, to discover it's just an over-promise but under-deliver - kind of service. The agency prepares nonsense itineraries, the example they did to us, the Hotel in Makkah (pilgrimage to KSA) is booked for check-in at 4 pm when you land in Saudi at 4 am (So 12 hours of time lag) even a layman would not book such a ****** itinerary, and you have to pay out of your pocket because these people won't care and just excuse themselves by stating its a mistake and their credit card will never work to pay for this mistake, so you need to carry your credit card or cash to deal with such situations. We had to pay instead of this agency looting us beforehand too. The ******* transportation was committed/promised before we made a payment and later on nothing was offered in Saudi. The hotel check-out is usually at 1 or 2 pm in Saudi and they book the return flight for the next day at 6.30 am (18 hours time lag) and you are stranded to pay extra on your own for another day at the hotel or simply they don't care what arrangements you make. The ******** group chat is created on the day of your travel, but when you need any confirmations they will never come online, and when they want they may respond or just ignore... The owner n staff talk nice until they get your money. Then they book hotels stay for only 80% of stay and day you land or leave country - you stay on roads or pay out of pocket. We made a mistake and you do not trust them without email confirmation before you pay your money to the owner, who is lying to get your money.
