  We called Finish Line Tax Solutions on 2/24/25 believing it was Optima Tax Solutions! We spoke to ********* *******, who talked over an hour, mostly about herself and her success rate. We were skeptical and believed the price quoted ($6,500) was too high, since we needed to have an *** hold released. She insisted she could do so much more. We informed her we wouldn't be signing the agreement/paperwork, using their service and we would like a refund of the initial down payment. Today is May 5th, 2025 and we still haven't received a refund.

  If I could leave a minus "0" overall experience with these clowns, I would. They took over $6,000 from my husband and I, and 4 yrs later, I had to hire a different firm to settle with the ***. I had to keep calling and emailing to get any info on case. Don't even consider this company to help, they wont!

  Finish line tax solution is a scam. They promised to handle my back taxes and they did nothing, all they did was took my money and copy of my paperwork and never contact IRA or anything. I kept calling them and call them and they keep giving me the run around. I was trying to get a partial refund, I couldn’t get through to nobody. It’s just a complete scam.

  Finish line tax solutions is a complete scam. They promise you a debt reduction with the irs. And alls they do is work out a payment plan for full amount owed. You can do that directly with the irs. They leave you hanging until the irs is ready to garnishear your income. They get you desperate. Do not waste your money. Read there reviews they are horrible. I wish I did before there con salesmen asked me for payment.

  They sign me up with a finance company that paid them ahead of time them they charge 3400 and 140. a month which got nothing for they the just kept calling asking questions until they finally came up with a lame excuse that they emailed me and I didn't respond in a timely manner so the closed my case but the never let me know but I was still.paying the finance company but I had to keep calling them because I wasn't hearing nothing from them for months I didn't even correspondence to them in emails they text me because that's how I ask them to get in touch with me they are a big rip off but they suppose to be out here to help people could have paid that money on my taxes it's alway a bunch of people out here trying to take from people but all of you will get yours back they don't even get a star from me and that finance company I'm not paying another dime

  Absolute horrible company. Very quick to answer initial phone call, obtained all info & payment. Then radio silence. No emails. No phone calls. No matter how many messages and /or emails are left. I've called countless numbers of times and then phone either rings or goes to VM. The 1 time I did speak to someone, I immediately requested a refund, seeing i started this process in Oct 2024 it is now Dec 2024 NO RESPONCE. The women quickly told me someone would be contacting me by the end of that business day, it has been 2 week still no response. I have emailed the billing company asking for a refund, NO RESPONSE. I will look into a lawyer at this point.

  In September of 2024, I contacted Finish Line tax Solutions and paid $1,500 that day and agreed to pay $127.50 each month until it was paid off. Everything initially seemed on the up and up. Until I started receiving emails from apparently another employee after having given all of my intake information to another employee. I signed and returned everything immediately and received threatening email stating that if they didn't receive all requested documentation by such and such a date they would withdraw from my case and notify the IRS that they were no longer handling my case. I replied to all emails with requested information. Never received a response from them, not by email not by text message and not by phone message. I have submitted everything requested and yet can't seem to reach either individual with whom I supplied all information to, until stating that I was going to be turning them in for fraudulent activity. Then all of the sudden I have a response from the first individual today after letting them know yesterday that I would be contacting my bank and getting a refund as they have done nothing they said they would do. So I have turned them in for fraud with my bank hoping to get a full refund and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as making sure that my social security number has not had any recent hits for unusual activity as my bank suggested I do. So unfortunate that people need or do things like this and victimize people in this manner.

  This company is a scam. They do NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY! They have taken money from me that they shouldn’t have, say they’ll refund it, and still have yet to see it. Something needs to be done about the us company!

  This company responds quickly And returns calls swiftly. Sends text when paperwork is received. I recommend this company to anyone who is having tax problems.

  This company takes no accountability in what they have failed to do on their end. My case was closed and the person that started the case in 2021 did nothing and I sent what was asked of them. As of today my case was closed and I haven't received anything of stating this was happening. To add they asked for an additional fee for closing case to reopen case. Please save yourself trouble and don't use them, they will take your money, and not honor their part in what they said.
