    Julien was an excellent tech, he troublshot the problem within minutes and had me a replacement in a week. FYI, the insurance company has to approve it first, once they did he was back expeditiously.

    I have an *** ********* **** ******* account.
    ON JULY 6, 2023
    *** sent the selected shady company called AbNation and JORDAN came out to my house to fix my blown, albeit old 1 horsepower (hp) pump with a weaker 3/4hp pump that was rusty out-of-the-box (which I only noticed on Aug 7th, see below) but not visible since it faced away from the pool and towards the fence.
    AGAINST MY WISHES AND REQUESTS NOT TO DO SO, he played with my levers on the pump (which I had set perfectly before he showed up) to get the VACUUM to work better but shut off the MAIN DRAIN in doing so. Although he was kind and spoke as if he knew pool equipment inside and out, I got the feeling I was getting tried. He handed me an invoice with it stating that he replaced it with a 1hp motor which IT IS NOT!
    We always clean our filter every week or every other week to be sure that we have the best possible outcome with clean water in the pool.
    After a few weeks of doing what he said (leaving the lever so the main drain would not work and left 100% to the vacuum) I noticed that the jets were not as strong (despite cleaning the filters every 7-14 days) and that sand/dirt was collecting in the deep-end near the main drain which the vacuum missed since it is not always going to clean every inch of the bottom. When I tried moving the levers back to how I had it before JORDAN altered the lever to my pool pump, the vacuum sloooooowed to a crawl and you could not hear the pulsing of the vacuum anymore.
    So what I believe is that he knew, without informing me, that the pool pump (which should have been new) was rusty was used to replace a much stronger and quieter more efficient pump.

    I tried calling *** back on Friday 8/4/23 but waited for on hold too long so I called ABNATION (JORDAN's Phone #) and left a message around that time frame. They don't return calls or show up on time.
    PUMP IS DEAD AGAIN ON 10/29/23
    THEY WON'T FIX IT or take "RESPONSIBILITY".
