            Beginning December 2023, Quite Bounce began receiving complaints that are exhibiting the following pattern of complaints/reviews.

            Consumers are alleging that they are ordering products from Quite Bounce with assurance of delivery before Christmas but when they check order status, it appears that the products have not shipped. The company is not communicating with the consumers.  No updates available and the phone number on the site appears to be out of order.

            Consumer also allege when they do receive the products, they are poor quality and not what was advertised.

            The company currently has over 139 open complaints.

            I ordered one quiet bounce ball on December 11. Before I ordered, I confirmed that delivery would be before December 24, 2023. I would not have ordered otherwise. Order went through with no issues, but within a few days, I received an email stating that there was a delay and there was no estimate of time of delivery. I called the number in the email and the number on their webpage. I also emailed them through their website and used the SHOP app to email them. The phone number went unanswered after many attempts, and said the person was unavailable. There has been no response to multiple emails. I received an alert on the SHOP app that the item had shipped on Jan. 5, almost a month later! However, the tracking showed the item in one location for about a week. It then updated to show it was in my state, but has been there for almost a week. With all attempts to communicate being ignored, I respectfully demand a full refund.

            If you could give negative star reviews I would. Ordered with promise of delivery before Christmas. That didn’t happen. I quickly returned the product as it was no where near close as to what they advertised. It was not quiet and would take a NFL line backer to slam it hard enough to get it to bounce. My daughter is 12 so she didn’t meet those qualifications. Delivery was in January. Returned in January and am still going back and forth with them on a return and it is now the end of May! I have supplied tracking number, the return address they provided to me and even the name of the person that signed for the return package and still nothing! Heck, even in my last email they replied to they asked me for all this information again! I have used the same email chain the entire time to communicate so all that info was already there. I guess it takes too much time to do some research. Too busy scamming people I guess. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
