    They have regular sales; orders ship quickly, veterans get a discount, and they make fantastic optics with ingenious reticles. Their customer support answers on the 2nd ring and is very friendly and helpful with resolving any issues. I love shopping at PA and I think they make great products!

    I’ve ordered several items from them. There is a delay between ordering and getting shipment confirmation that’s longer than the 1 day if before 3:30pm they advertise. However, my packages have always arrived a lot sooner than I’d expect and with items in good condition. Their options for carriers is amazing and I’m glad I can choose who handled my packages.

    They have plenty of sales going on so you can always get a good deal on many items. Their webpage is a little harsh to navigate on phone, especially the filter option (closing after each choice seriously?) It also seems site cookies don’t save and I end up having to sign in multiple times while browsing.

    This is the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had with a company. There is a cult that seems to defend this company, but it’s been well over the “within 5 days” and it looks like I won’t even see my pistol until 18 days after purchase. I’m attempting to cancel my order and make it through another reputable vendor. But considering how awful the experience has been so far, I’m willing to bet they won’t let me cancel either .

    If you want to receive a firearm in a timely manner, stay far away from this company. All you’ll get is excuses and blame shifting.

    This company was willing to accept orders from residents all over Illinois, take their money, and then refused to ship the orders. Ordered on a Sunday and 4 days later items still haven't shipped. A phone call to Primary Arms revealed all items were being withheld pending a "compliance review". Yet, they were more than willing to take our money without disclosing this fact at any point during the sale.

    24 hours after the phone call the state of Illinois banned many of the products we were purchasing at the time. This was a time sensitive situation and Primary Arms used a bait and switch to capitalize on the moment. I would not trust them with anything, even if it was free.

    As all members of the 2A community, the entire Primary Arms team has been closely following developments in your state.  We were disappointed to see Illinois House Bill 5471, AKA Protect Illinois Communities Act, pass.  We have had our Compliance team study it along with our legal counsel for countless hours.  Our goal has always been to ship all that we legally can to restricted states instead of not shipping anything to these states to be on the safe side. 

    When House Bill 5471 was temporarily prohibited from being enforced in four counties.  Having carefully reviewed the court order with our litigators as well as with our executive team, we started shipping orders to those counties only to have the temporary injunction overturned the very next morning which necessitated another hold.  We still hope for a reprieve. As we have in other states with unconstitutionally restrictive firearms laws, we prioritize those orders knowing the time can be short. 

    In the past several years, we have seen these windows of 2A freedom open in states that unconstitutionally restrict firearms. We will accept orders if there is a chance we can ship the products legally because we know all too well that it may be the last time citizens of these states can legally purchase these items and be grandfathered.  

    Regarding charges, Primary Arms will only collect an authorization for order charges and will only bill the charges when the order is fulfilled.

    Very Poor, Rude and Unreasonable Primary Arms Customer Service!

    Above order included the above Magpul Sight "Set".
    The "Set" consisted of a Front and Rear Sights packaged INDIVIDUALLY in their own Retail Packaging!!
    You may buy the Sights as individual items from Primary Arms.

    Front Sight was/is defective. Adjustment "barrel" stuck!

    I sent via e-mail a request for a return (RA) on Saturday (15 April). On Sunday I received an e-mail saying Customer Service would be in-touch. By noon Monday there was NO contact.
    I called and after a considerable wait I explained to their Rep the problem and was told to expect an e-mail.
    An e-mail came shortly with an RA # and instructions but NO Return Label.
    So I reasonably assumed that I would have to pay to return the defective item! I sent the defective Front Sight the next Morning.
    That afternoon another message came with the same as the day before but with a label. I then asked to be reimbursed for the label that I had no need of.
    The reply was essentially ... Too Bad!

    In the e-mail back and forth I then learned I would have to send the perfectly OK and Individually Packaged Rear Sight because it was a "SET" even though they could EASILY send me the Individually Packaged Front Sight (See Above).

    I replied that that was UNACCEPTABLE to me and just return the defective sight to me (It is My Property) and I would send it to Magpul Co. for a replacement.

    I have heard nothing after two e-mails.

    I'm writing to follow up on our conversation earlier today about your recent return. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that we're taking your feedback very seriously.

    As we discussed, kits are typically packaged with all items in one package. Removing items from a kit results in an incomplete kit that cannot be sold or returned to the manufacturer for credit. However, in your case, you're 100% correct in that we could just send the front sight since it was packaged separately. That replacement has been inspected by our tech team and expedited, you should receive it shortly.

    Your RMA was automated, and one of our team members came through a little later and emailed a return shipping label. We're working on an automated workflow that will send a return label when the automated RMA is issued. As we discussed, keep an eye on your email for a credit for the return shipping you paid.

    We've been in the process of revising our returns workflow, so your review came at a great time. We can now address your feedback in our new returns workflow process.

    I ordered the wrong barrel for my build. I contacted Primary Arms Customer Service and told them about my mistake. I informed her that I wanted to exchange the barrel. I received an email authorizing me to return the barrel in minutes. A week later, I called back to see if Primary Arms had received the barrel. I spoke with Dona; she was very professional at the end of the phone call my barrel was being shipped the next day. Due to the service I received from Primary Arms customer service; I will be ordering from them for a long time.

    I’m not sure about these other reviews, but I’ve done business with Primary Arms more than multiple dozen times. Always swift and professional. Extremely reliable with products online. During the beginning of the pandemic, they were insanely booked, but with my experience with other online companies, they’re by far the best. No comparison. This comes from a e-commerce business owner born into the internet world. Their online website interface is extremely clean and smooth. Anyways, thanks to Primary Arms for their professional business dealings. I myself, as a Houstonian, feel blessed to have them locally.
