I had oredered a $450 item from Primary Arms at the beginning of January. This was advertised as brand new, excellent condition. I received a used item. Used their exchange service to get the new item. New item sent was in the same condition or worse.Customer response

I placed an order and when I received it, I was not happy with it and requested and RA number to return it. I paid UPS to return the package and tracking shows they received it on 11/12/2021. I spoke with Primary Arms on 11/12/2021 and was told I would receive my refund in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM ACCOUNTING. WE CALLED AGAIN ON 11/24/2021 and was told “YOU WILL HAVE IT BY FRIDAY 11/26/2021. Called again on 11/29/2021 since no refund received and now told 14 days from receipt, which was 11/12/2021, so this is still well beyond this deadline and we are extremely upset that we have not gotten our refund as of today, 11/30/2021.Business response
