      The customer service at ********************** is aweful!!! Trying to resolve an issue that involves technicians coming to your home is a complete nightmare.

      Stay away from this company and it's sister companies ********, *******. Had ************************************** 7/25 by 9/24 I was already placing service calls. Not only has the problem not been fixed 1 yr later keep in mind I am a new customer. I barely got a return call back after me calling or emailing them numerous times. From mine personal experience it's been a nightmare that has taken an emotional toll on me. Now I have 37 solar panels and two batteries that are not working. At **** point I rather not give **** company my business and would like the contract null and void because they committed breach of contract when they failed to fix the problem. Also I know they the salesman put more panels on my roof than what I really needed so I can pay a bigger monthly bill. The *** is terrible you call and are given the run around. I also as to speak to the project manager. I never receoved a call back. They installed the panels left a piece of carboard box on my lawn. Needless to say when I was able to go back to checkcthe work they did. I had a flood and lost of lawn holes on my gutters and wall as well. One of the salesman made an inappropriate comment because I woupdnt sign the contract when he wanted me to.A nightmare from the beginning. Scammers beware and stay away!!! I want all equiptment off my property. I don't trust the service that they would provide should I stay with them.

      Terrible customer service. I have a new home that I purchased in March, 2025 that (unfortunately) came with Sunnova panels. The electric company reached out to Sunnova right after construction was complete to notify them that they installed the wiring incorrectly. Nobody at Sunnova responded to them. I reached out to Sunnova about 6 times during this process, where I was merely told that "we are waiting for approval". Clearly, they had no idea what was going on.Finally, I spoke directly to the electric company (CORE Energy), and after having to email an executive member at the team, somebody finally responded to my many emails. Sunnova came back out and corrected their issue, and then the electric company came up to approve everything. The Sunnova tech told me the panels were "active and working", which was obviously not true, and my portal shows that nothing has been ************ has now been 3 weeks, and nobody from Sunnova can respond about when my panels will be activated. The call center routes you to a phone # that is no longer in service due to the bankruptcy at the company, and nobody can seem to answer any questions.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been working with them for 1 1/2 years to get my billing straight & still the issue is not resolved.

      Ignored for 7 Months - Leaking Roof, Fraudulent Signature, and Added Health Stress I live in *******, *******, and had Sunnova, a *****-based solar company, install panels on my home. Ever since the installation, my roof has been leaking, and its now been over 7 months with zero response. Ive emailed, called, and submitted service requests - no one has contacted ***** make matters worse, I never even signed the contract myself. The young lady who came to my house initialed and signed my name without my full consent. That alone should be investigated.I also live with chronic respiratory issues and heart failure, and the ongoing roof damage and complete lack of support from Sunnova is causing me extreme stress and putting my health at greater risk.I understand Sunnova has filed for Chapter *************************************************************************** leave homes damaged. At this point, Im not asking for repairs - I just want the solar panels removed so I can fix my roof before it gets worse.

      I have been trying to get in contact with Sunnova about damaged solar panels from a storm. I reached out several times. It has been weeks and they can't give me any updates. They won't even let me know what is in my case at the moment because they say "the notes are internal". We can not move forward with insurance or with repairs to our roof until we hear back from Sunnova, as we have already heard back from everyone else. Sunnova, do not reply to this review with your "customer service" email, we have already tried that several times, along with the chat. I want a real office I can go to and a real local number I can call in order to get this resolved.

      I WANT TO LEAVE 0 STARS!!! Ive had a terrible experience with ********. Their customer service is absolutely horriblethey never respond when you ask them to come out and fix issues. The solar system rarely works, and when it doesnt, getting help is impossible. I would strongly advise against using their services. Very frustrating and unreliable!

      Extremely Misleading and Frustrating Experience I signed up with Sunnova under the impression that I was receiving a ***** for solar panels. Turns out, its actually a leasea crucial detail that was never made clear during the sales process. Now, Im unable to refinance my home unless I pay off the lease entirely. My only options? Pay $20,000 to have the panels removed, or $25,000 to buy them out. Both are outrageous, especially considering how poorly the system *********** make matters worse, my electricity bill is higher than it was before installing solar panels. The system is producing only 25% of what my household actually uses. Isnt solar supposed to reduce your energy costs?Every time I call for help or clarification, I get vague answers or conflicting information. Even the customer service **** seem confused by the contract terms. There is zero transparency, and as a consumer, its incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark (ironically) about something as important as your home energy system and finances.Sunnova has been a huge regret. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone until they get their contracts, performance, and customer service straightened out.I NEED OUT OF THIS HEADACHE!

      Sunnova's claims process was, for me, absolutely terrible. Their equipment install caused leak issues from our roof into our house. There own technician came out and determined as much. The leak was bad enough that after four attempts to address the leak itself we were required to replace the entire roof. Their mismanagement cost us tens of thousands of dollars all told. The claims process drew out beyond two months always with me writing another email asking about progress on my case. In the end I was met with a response saying - sorry for the inconvenience, we can't help.
