  This is absolutely a scam! I signed up for the trial offer and cancelled after receiving the product. Despite cancelling, I received two full-size products while I was away on vacation. Upon returning from vacation, I contacted the company and they refused to issue a refund even though I said I would return the product. My only option was to cancel my credit card to avoid another hefty charge. Please stay away from ordering this product or even requesting their trial offer.

  If you see this product RUN!
  I signed up for "free" trial, I pay only shipping, and they charged me $240.00.
  Customer service ghosted me.
  Do I need a lawyer for small claims court?

  I did not place an order for this skin care. When I was on another website this ad came up and advertised this face cream (bio derm cream) for $5.95. I went through the site to purchase for $5.95 and tried to back out of the process when it kept adding other products, at a larger price so I just X'd out of the site. I thought that was it, only to find three different charges on my credit card statement and then received the product thru the mail. I called the number listed on my statement...as that's the only way to get their number. Told the company I did not complete the order, and I would return the product. They replied that they do not accept returns. Then they sent me another bottle of a serum, which I was never looking at, only looked at the cream for $5.95. They charged my credit card again. I called them again and same reply (no returns or refunds. I can't afford these charges, and didn't want these items, and never ordered. It's a hoax and our government should put a stop to this, since so many of us US citizens have become victims of this fraudulent charges. Upon future checking the phone number associated with them is all China when you look up on internet. The number listed on my cc statement, by the charges.

  I ordered this from an instagram ad. It was advertised as a free trial, only pay shipping. When I checked out it appeared as if I was going to be charged a few more fee's. I called immediately and was reassured I would only be charged $5.98 for shipping as long as I agreed to review the product after I used it. He then talked me into a $6.45 item because he said most like them together. I agreed and told him I was concerned because the other 2 amounts of $47.39 and $32.99 showed up at the end of may transaction. He guaranteed me they would not be charged. The next day I looked at my bank account and the 2 larger amounts were also charged. Again called immediately and this rep said too late they already shipped but he'd give me 50% off. I told him why would I want 50% of 2 items I don't want. He wouldn't do anything else. I told him I'd call my bank. I lost the dispute because they lied and still have 2 unused products that I didn't order! SCAM

  Scam!!!!! I also signed up for the trial. But then my bank flagged it as a scam and declined payment. I was happy and left it at that. Two days later I received a notice product had shipped. I contacted my bank and they could not find any charges. I let it go but then the product arrived. Still no charge and also no answer at customer service for Bio Derme. I received another email saying my monthly order was on its way, which I never signed up for. My account has been charged 146.00!!
  I was finally able to connect with some one. He wanted to know if I had filed a dispute with my bank. I had not but told him I had. Then he was super helpful..hmmm. He said if we have a three way call with bank and customer service, he could offer me a refund. I instead went to the bank and filed a dispute. And the charges come from Florida but customer service is in California. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

  SCAM for certain, read the fine print, agreed to try it for a small fee, received confirmation of the order I placed, and then my card is charged $80 that I did not authorize. I tried to call customer service and they would only offer a 50% refund.
  
  HORRIBLE customer service, EXTREMELY misleading, and even it the product works (have yet to receive), the experience has been so negative, that I have no desire to do business with a company that lacks ethics.
  
  If the product is THAT good, they should not have to SCAM people to purchase it. My bad for not reading the reviews first. DISAPPOINTED!!!
