SCAM for certain, read the fine print, agreed to try it for a small fee, received confirmation of the order I placed, and then my card is charged $80 that I did not authorize. I tried to call customer service and they would only offer a 50% refund. HORRIBLE customer service, EXTREMELY misleading, and even it the product works (have yet to receive), the experience has been so negative, that I have no desire to do business with a company that lacks ethics. If the product is THAT good, they should not have to SCAM people to purchase it. My bad for not reading the reviews first. DISAPPOINTED!!!

I also purchased what I thought was a one time purchase of trial facial product from this company. Didn’t know that I’d be receiving the product every month and being charged over $50 per tube. When I called to tell them I had received broken product they canceled that part of the shipment so no further were shipped but the other two products they kept shipping me. Now I have $112 on my credit card and they will not let me send the product back unopened and refund me. This is a total scam. If I could rate them a zero I would.

I really have no idea why there are so many complaints against Biodermrx. First of all, it’s an amazing product, second of all, it is VERY COMMON knowledge that you ALWAYS have to read the fine print and their print is very clear that if you do not contact them telling them you do not want the product during the trial period that you will be charged. Seems to me some ppl should be more upset with themselves than Biodermrx. With that said, again , it is a phenomenal product!
