      Review Title: Verbal Offer Not Honored 1 Star for Dishonesty I selected Roof Squad after seeing their BBB accreditation. During our first appointment, their representative offered to include our patio roof in the overall roofing packagewithout us requesting it. This verbal offer was a major reason we chose to work with them.The roof was installed on April 8, 2025. Afterward, the company denied the inclusion of the patio roof, used technical terminology I did not understand, and introduced unexpected charges. Despite my efforts to address the issue, the company did not take responsibility.While the roof was completed, I am rating Roof Squad 1 star due to their dishonesty. A company should stand by its word, especially when their reputation is tied to the BBB.We strongly recommend that customers get everything in writing. Dont rely on verbal offersno matter how reputable the company may seem.

      I am pleased to share what a wonderful job Roof Squad did installing our new roof and gutters. From the beginning throughout the end of the process we experienced professionalism, respect,
      knowledge and top of the line products used for the job!!!! A special shoutout to our contractor Jose ******* for his expertise and diligence in assisting us every step of the way. Very happy customer!!

      Jose from Roof Squad came out to do an inspection for us. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and informative. He took pictures of our roof and assisted us with nailing down loose shingles which we really appreciated. I would recommend these guys for any roofing jobs. I know I will be going with them with any future roofing jobs.
