    I used this service to replace the roof of my home in June 2023. As part of the service, I was informed that the home would be pressure washed. Someone came to perform that work but left without completing the job and never returned. This technician started power washing the front, left to do my neighbor's house, then complained of heat exhaustion, left and never returned. I have the text from him where he verified that he would be including the windows and back patio of which nothing was completed. *** is responsible for the vendors they choose to be affiliated with. In addition, the project caused the recessed light in the living room to come out. Despite being told by the owner that this would be repaired it has never been addressed. The company presented very strongly during the initial meeting but was very lackadaisical about follow-up. I would like to have the issues addressed as agreed upon. The owner repeatedly informed me that I was only charged my deductible and that expense beyond this was covered as a supplement from them to get future referrals. Despite whatever supplement was provided they are still responsible for completing the job in full and repairing the light that was broken. My attic was left as a mess due to falling sheet rock that I should have been advised about but I'm just taking care of cleaning the attic myself. I was asked to sign a form stating that I was satisfied with job. I signed the form thinking that perhaps they would address the issues once signed. However, this didn't happen. I did notate on the form that I was satisfied the roof was replaced; however, the full scope of service was not completed.
