Supplemental Problems with Rebuilt Motor, A/C repair, & Gas Tank maintenance. We paid almost 7,000.00 to Texon Motors for rebuilt motor and other work. The nightmare started in August. Mr. **** welcomed our business and made many PROMISES and GUARANTEES. All of that changed AFTER we gave him half on the payment for the estimated with. All of the contract promises were breached. No work after he received payment. We went to the shop a month later and found our vehicle in the back of a storage area. We confronted Mr. **** and he became angry. This nightmare Started in August 2021 and repairs are still not complete. The vehicle has been towed back to the shop three times for repairs. We picked up the vehicle from the shop this Friday; now the shop has broken SPEEDOMETER and stated the warranty is voided. Texon motor did test drive & completed warranty paper. The vehicle was towed back to our residence after work. The mechanic refused to show up were the wire were cut. The mechanic stated he was tried of working on the truck ; he is almost 60 years old. Now the vehicle is still Leaking Gas and Texon broke the Speedometer and now they want to void warranty. Texon refused to discuss the repairs and work completed; and the :freshly cut wires". MR. **** was very disrespectful aggressive and stated he did not want to talk about our concerns. Mr. **** left us standing. We called again and have our vehicle towed back home. Mr. **** has made it very clear " TEXON MOTORS HAS MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THEY ARE UPSET AND ANGRY ABOUT OUR REQUEST THAT REPAIRS BE DONE IN A GOOD WORKMAN LIKE MANNER . ( BREACH OF CONTRACT). We have paid $7000.00 to Texon Motor for warranty work but now Texon Motor is attempting to dismiss our disrespectful us. We want our gas tank replaced immediately and our SPEEDOMETER and damaged wire repaired immediately; If Texon Motor can not change their business practices and show Respect and Integrity with us; we would like a refund.
