On February 19, 2024 I emailed Monique ***** with Lance *********  “ Stating I had attended the boot camp and it was great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay to the end of day 3 class. Nevertheless I had not received the documents that I requested or heard back from Lance ******** team on this very important subject matter. Until the 26th of February 2024 After I send them another email stating. “Good evening, Lance and Cathy, I hope you are doing well. I still haven't received the link for the additional service for attending the 3 day bootcamp. To use the software for submitting offers for small apartments. This is the reason I am demanding to receive a total refund of 3 payments of $599.00 I been misinformed about the program concerning Lance ******** small apartments program giving me disinformation and not delivering products and services! I received a email from Cathy, in Client Care that I was not entitled to a refund do to me watching the 3 day bootcamp Webinar”. . I'm disable, on a budget I can't afford to lose my $1,797. For Lance ********  and his team Over promising and under delivering! I am demanding a refund to be totally satisfied with settling this matter!

Mr. ****** purchased our 3-day seminar. He had our standard guarantee (unchanged for 17 years) that he could attend our full 3-day seminar and then decide if it was for him. If not satisfied, he could ask for a refund at graduation and receive all his tuition back, no questions asked. That guarantee agreement is in writing and signed by Mr. ******. He graduated from the seminar weeks ago with no complaints nor request for his money back. Hence his refund period for the seminar is well past. It wasn't until weeks after graduation that he made a refund request - at the same time as he first defaulted on his payment obligations. Despite that, we have been bending over backwards trying to work with Mr. Murray but he has refused our help (he actually hung up with us while working to help him).
