    Ryan ***** was fantastic. From the moment he came into my home, he was straight forward, knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I feel like he did not over-promise and delivered on everything he did promise. I have already recommended Ryan to a friend and will continue to recommend him.
    I was able to close within a month’s time and was paid for my home within 4 hours of closing. I’m extremely happy and I thank all the good folks at Big Home for making things so easy!

    I was having a problem selecting someone to help me in selling our family home. I had read the horror stories and I did not want to be a victim. I read about Big State and I am glad I did. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and he was instrumental in me getting the best price for the house.     I had a great experience with Big State Home Buyers! Dave came out and looked at my house and I was made an offer within a week. The offer was fair market price and I l have now sold my home! The whole process went very smooth. I dealt with other companies that promised high offers and then changed the price later on. I took a chance on Big State Home Buyers and it paid off. My home was sold within a month and the deal was done! I would definitely sell through Big State Home Buyers again. Dave was excellent and really helped me out. Thank you!

    Awful service Jennifer ******* will tell you everything you want to hear then she wont return phone calls and will feed you lie after lie DO NOT TRUST THEM RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Big State Home Buyers were easy to work with and made sure we understood what was happened at each step in the process. They treated my mom with respect and were able to have us go to a closet office to do the closing since my mom doesn’t like driving on the freeway.
