As loyal tenant for over 8 years, I have never been disrespected and felt uncomfortable. In a meeting with new property manager earlier this year, she made it clear that she didn't want me in the building. Her direct words which she admitted email communication was, "perhaps WE would be better somewhere else". Her comments stemmed from inquiry into OPEC because as tenants we pay for services and to enhance our business and customers, but they were not being done. My office contacted the city of Dallas to look into and the city wrote the building up for a number of violations to be addressed. manager has retaliated ever since and Hartman senior management and attorney are included in email communication but failed to address the ongoing matters. Given the uncomfortable vibe received from manager, it was enough for me move on from Hartman when lease expired. June 22, 2022, I brought to Hartmans attention that we are do a payback from a few years prior. Per email communication, Hartmans then property manager shared we are due a payback but Hartman lost the records. I inquired if this is standard practice with Hartman to misplace money due to a tenant or was it convenient that it just happened to be my money. My inquiry didn't sit well with individuals and now the communication involved senior leasing manager, associate attorney, and (VP of property management). June 22, 2022 manager said she would look into it. June 23, 2022, manager stated she has informed VP and she will be point of contact. June 27, 2022, attorney stated he is handling this. What he is handling was vague given its not normal practice for an attorney to contact an individual directly. All these individuals continue to overlook the money we are due and the interest from over 3 years. Given the interference from attorney, it was best to not complete final walk through on my end. I would like to complete but Hartman has ignored requests to provide a different manager. Also, I would to get payback funds
