    I am the owner of a condo that they recently took over management for. I recently sold my condo. I and my realtor have left multiple messages with the association and I never received a call back from ********* at ************* Owners Association. Now because of their incompetence to even return a phone call and get us the documents we need in a timely manner my closing is delayed costing me hundreds of dollars.

    Hi ****, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that delays during closing can be frustrating, and were sorry to hear this experience has been stressful for you. That said, we want to clarify that our management team has been responsive throughout the process. We provided your closing team with the requested association documents, including governing documents, insurance information, building details, and the reserve study. We also worked directly with the bank on additional requests, including internal correspondence related to prior insurance claims, in an effort to move things forward. While we did receive a voicemail from you during this process, a return call was placed promptly. During that call, our manager explained that the requested documents had been sent and that the remaining delay was related to pending lender requests, not from a lack of response or action on our part. Unfortunately, the call ended before we were able to fully resolve the conversation. We understand that real estate closings can be complex, and we truly regret that this one caused frustration. Please know that we take our role seriously and always aim to provide timely and accurate support to owners and their closing teams.

    Their communication stinks, I have brought issues with my condo to their attention with no response. But a day late on HOA yeah I get that notice quick, I have been dealing with poor insulation for a few days and emails have been sent. No response, I pay too much to leave and am getting sick

Unfortunately, we have not received a returned call or a submitted work order, which is essential for initiating maintenance or vendor follow-up, especially for issues like ************* response to the vibration issue you reported, a licensed vendor inspected the area and spoke with both you and the downstairs neighbor. It was determined that the vibration occurs when the downstairs units A/C turns on. The neighbor confirmed this and noted it was not a botherjust something she noticed occasionally. During that same visit, you also stated to the vendor that it was no big issue. Weve received no further reports on the matter since.Weve also received a high volume of emails from you across various platforms, many of which have included language flagged as inappropriate or abusive. While we want to assist every homeowner to the fullest, we ask that communication remain respectful so our team can work effectively and collaboratively. Weve kept the board fully informed throughout and continue to monitor the situation closely.Finally, regarding your concern about receiving HOA notices more promptly than responses to maintenance requeststhese notices are often time-sensitive and issued to all residents simultaneously based on policy, insurance, or safety requirements. They are not intended as a reflection of any individual concern.We remain committed to providing fair, timely, and respectful support to all residents.
