BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I would not recommend ramon and his company OCEAN POOL to do any one’s pool construction before reading this review. We were referred by friends of the family, so we felt we could trust this company. We were very wrong about this using ramon and his company to construct our pool. When we finally agreed on price and design. We gave him the job. About 1 week into construction, the way they moved the dirt away from the house, cause the house to flood at the back door entrance, and I came home that evening to a water filled house. I called up ramon and him and his wife came over to semi clean the water up. At that time told him he needs to send professional people to come clean and to look at if any wood repairs would be needed. This is the 1st of many frustrations . Gunite trucks come over, and these are unprofessional people. ******* ****** is the name of the contractor for Ramon. Their trucks left big oil spots where they were leaking on my driveway and on the street right in front of my house. Gunite people sprayed the gunite and did not secure coverings over the back of my home and on my shed in the back allowing gunite to be sprayed on my window screens and my shed which is only 1 year old. Told ramon about this and he always would say wait until the final product and will fix everything. ramon then decided not to put tiles on our stairs, tanning ledge and inside the jacuzzi stairs and seating as promised. After we saw this big mess and pointed this out right away to ramon…he said it will cost more money to fix and that the plaster would not look the same. So he kind of forced his unprofessional work habits on us. During construction you have multiple contractors and machinery coming in and out of your yard and dirt gets moved around and grass gets torn up with machines coming in and out. I get it, it’s part of the process. What I don’t get is the unprofessional way ramon goes about getting the grass back in where it don’t die and the
