    We were scheduled to have someone check out our leak. No one ever showed up or called, but my card was still charged. Aside from getting the run around AND getting robbed-we also have a very green mosquito breeding ground. I am still waiting on my refund for the erroneous charge. Zero communication and extremely dishonest business practices.

    We are so sorry we didn't meet your expectations. There was an installation that went longer than expected and we ran out of daylight and weren't able to make the appointment. Someone should have absolutely called you to inform you, and we're so sorry if that didn't happen. We will review internally to see why that occurred. Communication is so important and we try to champion that here everyday. If you didn't get good communication, there WILL be action taken internally to address.

    We have processed your refund and it should arrive as soon as your financial institution accepts it. We're sorry to hear you have a green pool; we don't have you listed on cleaning service with us, but if we can help with a free algae treatment, we would be happy to assist!

    The absolute worst company ever for weeks we have been getting emails with photos of this pool saying its been cleaned its green! We have tried reaching out to only get excuses why its not clean.., it is like a swamp. All equipment is functioning and they are still charging us for a green pool.

    We are so sorry if we have not met expectations - we care about making sure your pool looks it's best. We will have our Customer Service Manager call you to let you know the plan to turn the pool around immediately. In the mean time, we are not going to charge a customer for a service they're not happy with, so the Customer Service Manager will be providing a refund for those services. We truly do care and want to do right by our customers, and we will make this right! You should be expecting a phone call today with precise plans on turning things around. We appreciate you as a customer and look forward to earning your trust back!

    ******** job on very expensive construction project. No f/up on problems they created. Always have an excuse for why they caused a problem or cant fix it.

    Buyer Beware!! Blue Science pools is the worst!! We paid $42,000 for a pool remodel and new deck. Regretfully we got a terrible project manager. Terrible communication, lengthy follow up, excuse after excuse for shotty work, substandard equipment and did so much damage to our property during the process. Rarely any leadership on site, no accountability for their crappy work. We have also had non-stop leaking issues. Of course, they charge for service calls...but the leaking never stops. Our beautiful deck lasted a year and due to their lack of supervision, our deck was not properly sealed and it already looks 10 years old. This company is not worth your time or money. The hassles, headaches, and frazzled business practices is not worth it. Find a better pool company!

    Ist time visit; I requested the complete service for $169 per mom., but I was told that the "ad" on their website was changed. It is still up with the $169/ mo. They are trying to scam the customer! I am waiting for the owner to contact me.

    Unscrupulous billing, charged for full service when partial was done. Even after requesting full due to being run on main valve and it being covered with leaves. They never showed. Techs smoke on property, leave equipment in service mode, broke pavers and was even supplied with new one to replace; yet the replacement was left unleveled and wobbling. Techs come for 3-5 min test water only and document a full service; I have them on camera several times. No longer a company I can trust. I emailed to cancel service they said I had to call in then they stopped showing up. I noticed they had not come in two weeks and called in they stated the account was cancelled; which was fine but they said I couldnt cancel via email. Lack of communication from company all around even when possible repairs are needed. At first company was amazing but in the last few months service has gone down significantly!

    Well I do believe that Blue Science pools should change their name to ***** ******* *****. They perform a pool cleaning and chemicals maintenance weekly on my pool for the last 8 weeks the pool has been as green as asparagus. The maintenance techs are actually engineers in training and have to be the dumbest least experienced personnel I have ever witnessed.
    Blue Science has a huge turnover so there is no experienced techs and to calm them a tech is laughable. It’s a clown show do not waste your money on these clowns it’s just a con as they are incapable of maintaining a pool to any degree of satisfaction! I wish I could give the minus 5 score because that’s all they deserve sad sad business ***** ******* *****.
    They promised me last Saturday they would expedite getting the pool back to what it should be it’s now Thursday and nothing has been done so if it’s on their usual expedited schedule we might have the pool up and running in 2 weeks. Tim the maintenance manager gives lip service and not much more horrible customer service and horrible company to depend on.

    3 strikes in 3 months. Not good. Damage to the pavers because employee had a temper tantrum because he couldn’t get his vacuum to work. Then, an employee couldn’t clean on the normal day and came Friday evening and only did a partial clean while a full had been requested 72 hours prior. Very rude when ask if he could complete the desired cleaning. Yes, charged for full cleaning. We were reimbursed. Third strike … employee comes and stands outside takes a couple pictures and leaves. Charged for a partial cleaning. I was inside the house. If you want to cancel, you must listen to the pathetic begging by the field and regional manager to continue as clients. I sent an email last week requesting the repair of the pavers. No response.

We're so sorry one of our techs made a bad decision and was rude to you; we've taken action on that and also reimbursed for that cleaning. We make every effort to take care of our customers and we truly do care about them. I'm sorry you didn't have a perfect experience, and while we will make mistakes, it's about how we respond to them that defines us. And we are indeed taking care of the paver damage as promised and trying to be the best company we can to all of our customers, past and present.
