    NOT ACCEPTABLE! Eleven week long ordeal, to the tune of $920, failed to get rid of squirrels. Two bungled attempts, that ended up trapping the squirrels in the attic. They tore their way out through the eave vent strips, causing another $590 in repair to damages. Last I heard from them a partial refund was in the mail, which has not got here to date.

    Mrs. *****, I am sorry you felt the need to write this review. As I said in the email I sent you, we basically have a difference of opinion on this situation. In the email I sent you I did apologize for not being able to meet all your needs to your satisfaction and I would refund the $920 amount. The matter was turned over to the accounting department and I believe a check was cut the other day. I will confirm today. This is very rare for us and as you know we made every effort to solve your issue and even offered other options to help out free of charge before agreeing to refund your amount. As a family owned and run business, I take all reviews and customer issues very seriously. Again we at McGrath Pest Control are very sorry we could not meet on of our customers needs.
