Although, we did not need Craig's services in the end, I would 100 percent use this service. Craig was upfront with all of the information that we needed to make an informed decision knowing that it could be a "loss" for his business. I needed an expedited passport and I used this company for assistance. I was quickly contacted by Craig after completing the application. He was honest in what he thought my chances were in getting the passport in the time I needed. He thought 6 days was possible but he did say that it may take 7. I dropped off my paperwork at their office and was told that 5 days seemed possible but Craigs partner felt very confident that he could get it back in 6 days. I received my passport in 5 days. Excellent company, excellent service. Craig is a true professional who understands customer service. Highly recommend this company if you need a passport within a week.Review from Anselmo H.

Facebook has been more helpful than the phone numbers(that dont answer for hours), and the local passport office. The only answers we get is "I don't know why" nothing we can do,and none of them have access to make us an appt. People on facebook state they recieved passports 2wks-6wks average with out paying extra for expedited. We submitted an expedited one 6+wks ago and nothing(we checked status online)(multiple calls over a week and no answer) we leave on military orders this week and my son may not be able to leave with us. Very stressful and no one on any end of the passport agencies are able to help or give answers(no one seems to know why or how to get one quickly.(we tried to make an appt online but no availability. Multiple emails and request have been sent to many of the emails posted online for the last 2wks and no answer. This is very disturbing that this system is so spreadout and unorganized.

I am not the passport agency but a private company that expedites passports. I looked up your name and email and it does not exist in my system. Apparently you applied directly with the Government and for some reason decided to leave a review for a company that had nothing to do with your application.
