    Like others have said they say they offer all book types but do not specify type. And why am I even entering my address for a digital download. Totally misleading. Seller wouldnt refund, thankfully ****** did give me refund. Misleading and easy to add type on website so people know what theyre purchasing.

    I thought I was ordering a hardback copy of the book. There was no description that the product was a digital item until after the purchase in the receipt. Upon contacting them, they said there were no returns. This is a scam. They could provide in the description that the product is paperless like other businesses do.

    Ordered a book here and was not ever informed it was download only not physical copy . Asked for a refund since under their policy it didnt say the sale was final and now they claim it is . Fraud business

    Big scam and many people fell for this just like me. I ordered the **** ****** book of bread from ********* website with free shipping for $12.90 and got email receipt to download ebook which is fake as well and you can not contact the seller because they dont answer phone and only email to contact them is email to cancel order and the seller responded that this order is for the ebook and refused to refund . DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

    Scam!!! You think you're ordering a book and awaiting shipping. They totally trick you after you've already paid claiming it's an ebook instead

    I requested a refund for my purchase because I thought it was a real paperback book. They refused. I wrote them to say it was fraudulent and requested to see where in fact on the page where I bought my book it stated it was a digital download, then stated I would put in dispute with **** if they didnt comply. I then received an email stating they would refund my money and that all of their books were in fact digital on their site. If that is the case, why not write that on the Home page!!!Complete false advertising!

    These people scam you into thinking you are ordering a book. AFTER you pay, you’re informed it’s a download. When we realized this, seconds after we paid, we immediately emailed them, politely requesting a refund. They will NOT refund our money. Simply will not. Do not ever order from these bad people!

    The site would not let me use a credit card - only PayPal. Every time I entered the correct info it took me back to the beginning. Waste of time.
    Then I looked up reviews of the company and was glad I had not ordered! Stay away from this site!

    You think you are receiving a physical book but it is a digital copy. It even asks for shipping address and gives an estimate of days before book arrives. They do not allow refunds.

    I ordered a hardcover book, the only kind I will buy. I received receipt with a LINK to download the e-book version. I responded that I did not order, do not want an e-book, and I want a hard copy of the book. Their response was to tell me their site only sells downloadable books, with instructions to download the book.

    I want my money back, and for them to cease doing business.
