    Hello,I cancelled VSA (# T1E03551782DAR) in Last November. The institution who took care of the cancellation confirmed the successful cancellation in Dec 2024 (letter attached) and asked me to contact the dealer (Sterling McCall) for refund check. I called several times and they told me to wait for 2-3 months. But up to today, I have not got my refund check. There is no one answering phone while calling Sterling McCall finance department in April.

    I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Sterling McCall Toyota on September 19, 2024. I have several issues with the process of purchasing the vehicle beginning with false advertising of the vehicle since it was listed on the website which i have a picture of it being displayed as a TRD-Off Road addition which I later found out by searching the *** number that the vehicle is actually a SR5 with the sticker of a 4x4 Off-Road. The vehicle was used so it was probably placed by the previous owner and with the dealerships negligence I was under the impression the vehicle was a 4x4 Off-Road but it's a 2 Rear-Wheel Drive SR5. Secondly, on December 3rd, 2024 I began the refinance process for the vehicle in which I had already made 4 prematurely payments for the vehicle before refinancing. In addition, I also cancelled the provided GAP ($2500) and protection ($1200) insurance from the dealership before refinancing. So in total including the 4 early payments of ****** I was expecting a reimbursement of *****. In which I've only received ******** so far from the dealership, so i'm still missing ******** which I haven't received. I'm also not pleased with the upcharges that were made with the transaction, I will be sending the picture that was posted on their website advertising the cost of the truck being ******. But in the contract the price moved up to ********* with an interest rate of *****. And yet, the total for the vehicle including interest payments and with a ***** down-payment the value was going to be ******. Not only that but after the refinance the bank paid the dealership a little over ****** even after the 4 early payments I had made which I can provide the refinance contract in which I would also be expecting back the overage that the ************* overpaid for when refinancing for the vehicle.     Rims and tires were described as in perfect condition. Dealership (in **) fraudulently misrepresented the condition of the tires and rims on the *** X5 that I purchased and shipped it to **. Upon arrival, I asked to be reimbursed for the repairs ($1200). Dealership only offered $400.

    On 9/20 I took my Toyota Rav 4 to sterling mc call toyota because of an ** issue. The technician recommended a system recharge and freon addition which was done. I paid about $300 for this service. On 11/15 I took my vehicle back to sterling mc call toyota because the ** was not working again. They were recommending I change the evaporate system . I opted to get a second opinion at a different shop on 11/18 and they discovered that the wrong freon had been used at Sterling mc call toyota. The incorrect freon has damaged my car's ** is completely damaged ,it also damaged the other shop's equipment. When I got a hold of Toyota they are trying to blame it on the other shop. Please assist

    on July 5th I went for vehicle vibration and noise while driving most likely bearing noise. the technician said its most likely balancing. I know vibration can be from balancing but not the noise. I asked him what if we do balance and issue doesn't resolve, he mentioned I can get money back and I have one-year warranty. when I drove out after the service, the issues still existed so I made appointment and went back the next morning, and the techs didn't even want to see my vehicle until I got frustrated. then a new tech came and drove the car and said the car needs new tires as they are feathering. the car is only 1 and half year old with Est 25k miles. how can they go bad! so, the issue wasn't the balancing, and I did request the manager Al to refund, but I got no response, and I wasn't refunded. as per the new tech recommendation, I got new tires from NTB as Toyota gave really high price and I knew that wasn't the issue but I still changed the tires. but the issue still existed so I went back to Toyota. this time before even driving the vehicle they came to conclusion after keeping the car for like 4 hrs. that its balancing and I saw in my dash cam that they were just chit chatting and not focusing on the bearing noise and came back after 6 min drive. now they want me to pay again saying I got tires from outside so warranty is no more but when I told the tech you guys did the balancing first and the issue still exist then they just ignored and wanted me to pay. I took the vehicle back to NTB for balancing and they redid it also checked bearing, and the tech said there is grinding noise after removing the wheel. Sterling Mccall Toyota just wanted me to keep paying them without resolving the issue. I want Toyota to refund my wheel balancing amount as well as an apology.

    07/23/2024 Advertised on ***** Blue Book a 2022 Toyota Tundra Truck for the purchase Price of $3,890. I printed the information and sent a request for test drive. Got email back saying ok. Call to make sure that the time for test drive was ok and *** stated he would call me back. Show for test drive and was told that the advertised price was a mistake and that I could not test drive, nor would they sell me the care as advertised on ***** Blue Book a worldwide trust sight for purchasing vehicles. Very rude and unprofessional.

    On or about September 1, 2023, I encountered an issue with Sterling McCall Toyota (located at ********************************************************). I wrote to Toyotas corporate office and received a phone call in response to my complaint. I was assigned case no. ************. They offered me a $500 credit for future parts and service because of my inconvenience for the problem I experienced. The guy from Toyota ************************ also followed up with an email. I have attached a copy. I asked if there was anything specific I needed to do to redeem the coupon for service and I was told No, everything is documented. On or around 1/12/2024, I tried to use my $500 credit at Toyota and was told by customer service, I would need to pay up front and get reimbursed. I was upset and explained to them, this was not explained to me when the credit was issued. Frustrated, I paid out of pocket and decided to use the credit on my next visit which was today, 5/28/2024. When I called to inquire about what steps I needed to take to send in paperwork to be reimbursed, I was told Toyota did not have a record of the credit. The representative insisted I give him the name of the person from the ************* **** that issued the credit, however I told him I didnt have a name, BUT I had a copy of the email AND case number. He kept saying there was nothing he could do. Im asking for Toyota to reimburse me for money Ive spent when I shouldve been able to use my $500.00 credit.

    On 3/5/2024, I came to the mccall toyota dealership at **************************** to buy a used 2023 toyota camry. In the financial office on the second floor where I was met by ****** ******** who handled my finance for the car with the dealer. In the process, ****** told me that the interest rate was *****%. I told him that was too high. I told him that I will go with my bank. He asked me what is the name of the bank. I told him ***************. He then said that the interest would be 8.99% and I said yes, I take that with the rate of the bank. He then went ahead and processed the loan. He then asked did you want 48 month loan or 60 month loan, I told him 48 months. He then said that he already did it with 60 months. He then told me that I just keep the 60 months and pay more every month to the principal to finish the loan with 48 months. He rushed me to sign all the documents then said that was done. He did not print out any thing to give to me, he only give me a *** stick to go home. He said that all the info will be in the memmory card. At my home, I plugged the *** into my computer and noticed that the interest rate was not what he told me in person (8.99%) bu rather *****% instead. He did not inform me about the interest rate change and the lending company changes. In my mond, I thought that I was borrowing from *************** with the interest rate of 8.99% but i was not. I found out later that the **************** was toyota finance. ****** ******** deceived m with the interest rate and the lending company changes. I felt that I was being taken advanges of because while doing the paper work, he did not show me any info on the computer screen. He only showed me the screen when it is time to sign and he rushed me throught it. The next morning, 3/6/2024, I wento the dealer an wanted to talk to his supervisor, but no one came to work yet. I am filing this info to info other customers about what ****** ******** did to me and avoid to become his victim when financing car at toyota maccall at **************************** .

    Me and my father purchased an ********** with Sterling Mccall Toyota on 07/09/2022. As we agreed to 39850 driver out. When we got to Finance dept. the Finance Manager ***** ******** told us that the manufacturer warranty doesn’t cover electrical components (not true confirm with Toyota) that we need the Warranty package that he offer. My father told him No thanks. Then he switched to interest rate with over 5%. At that point my father got really frustrated want to leave then he said that how about that he can lower the interest rate and have the warranty package included with a lower payment. At that point we have no ideal what we get in to. For my first vehicle purchase and my father doesn’t speak English as a co-signer we didn’t know that is optional to buy that package. When we ready to sign paperwork my father saw that the bottom amount is $47,000 plus. He ask why is the amount ao high compared to the drive amount. ***** told my father that amoun included interest. When my father paid the first payment he realized that interest not included. We ask our cousin look at all paperwork that we sign. Now that we realize not just the Warranty that ***** add to the loan. But more like Tire and Wheel and maintenance and ResistAll to our bottom finance amount. We went back to the dealership spoke nicely about the issued but it seems nobody want to help. We like to have all packages removed with full refund.
