      "I initially took my vehicle in for busted radiator, seal leak and Air conditioner issues explained and showed where the issues were, Paid 4k for parts and labor, a week later its back for the Air conditioning issue and I was told I would need to pay for labor again. I was told I didn't mention the AC on my initial visit, later in a phone debate it was said I did give AC issues both my visits and still had to pay labor for an issue that was overlooked." ...
