      I saw a car on *** ***** and i went to test drive it, it was at Jaguar Southwest dealership, i never dealt with them before, i thought they are a good dealership with a good reputation. The car was Lexus 2018 i met a sales guy called Maaz **** he did not explain much about the car and then i test drove the car and while driving he told me “ definitely you do not want to drive on the high way, we ll take a quick round around the dealership” so i drove around the dealership, the car seemed ok. Then we started talking about the price, he gve me carfax report i checked and found 2 safety recalls for the engine so i asked him and he said the recall is from 2018 and 2020 definitely it has been done and we cannot sell it without the recalls being done. As a lady i don t know the truth behind this statement but i believed him and trusted the dealership business. I started negotiating about the price and he and his Manager kept negotiating and i ended up with a 36800 for the car. My credit score is excellent and yet when i sat with inance late afier the negotiations of the price the best deal she was able to give me is a 5.49 apr which will make the car be 45000 after 60 month, she gave me first 7.9 & 6.9 probably cause they wanted me to finance with their bank. , I trusted them i purchased it Then at the end the sales gave me one key and said there is no spare key & on the way back i felt a lot of mechanical failures, the car stalls on speed and i find heat from the engine storming towards me while driving, Whenever i back up and move the wheeldrive left or right it squeaks with a loud voice, i felt the engine overheats. And i found the car has no GPS although there was a screen, and when i asked the sales he said you did not ask. He should present everything in the car honestly. I tried to explain to them and return it but they refused. There are no transperancy and they play games It is so stressful and frstrating. I m stuck with a bad and expensive car.

      I took my car to the shop for repairs in 10/2001 and had to paid $8,000 to get it out to put it back in the shop 2 days later ..and got it back out and had to pay again 4,000 and it’s back in the shop and my car has been in they shop for 2 months now . And it’s still there and they want me to pay another $3400 to get it out . My car has been at the Porsche dealership for the last 4 months . I have paid for my car and haven’t been able to drive it . Cause they still hasn’t repaired it right ..
