      On 05/28/25 Time :7:46 am I dropped off my 2018 jeep Grande Cherokee at the Mac Haik Dodge ******************* location. To get an issue that I was having with the car. The dash would light up. I needed to service the brakes on the front. & I needed oil change soon. The vehicle consultant **** ******* in formed me that it would cost $210.00 for the diagnostic and they would have to remove the whole front bumper to fix that sensor in the front . That it would cost around $300.00 or $400.00 dollars and the diagnostic fee would be included with repairs. I would have to leave it with them for 3 or 4 days because they were swamped . I agreed because prior to this incident they had replaced my brake pads. & they' fixed her up tight and nice. But this time I notice that the car had been driven that the smell inside the vehicle was of wet animal . The tires were scoffed up like they joyriding up on curb in the rain some where. They took my car for a joyride . I went to pick it up because he calls me on Friday 9:14 am telling me that it would cost $700.00 dollars just to to remove the front bumper and additional $900 or $ ******* I forget but as soon as he said $700.00 for removing the front bumper labor. I Cringed stopped him from talking and said just do the change **** ******* please . I can't afford that . So they give me the car 05/30/25 TIME:12:30 lunch time . I immediately noticed the tires were scoffed up, the smell of wet animal . The Bluetooth cell phones added to my stereo system . I started to tell them hey but they had a lot of customers at the ******** didn't want to cause a scene in front of every one . Bottom line is **** ******* should of told me that this removal of the front bumper would be very expensive in the first place. On 05/28/25 at 7:46 am when I dropped it off I would of never agreed to the diagnostic . But he waited for me to agree because he told me it would only cost me $300.00 or $400.00 dollars. That the diagnostic fee of $210.00 would

      We filed a claim with our insurance on January 24th. The shop we chose was Mac Haik Dodge 11000 North Freeway.
      The initial inspection was unhelpful due to the fact that it took them over a week to inspect. Once their service technicians inspected our jeep, they could not find a problem with the vehicle even though we provided pictures. All they did was clear out the codes and said due to an oil leak the engine light is on. We paid out of pocket to get that fixed since the insurance would not cover it. That evening after picking up our jeep, the light came back on. We took it back to the dealership and they said other codes occurred, could be other issues. So, we called the insurance to let them know that we are still experiencing problems. They refused to open the claim and said we could not file another claim. That evening as my husband drove to work, all the lights came on and would not change gears as he first experienced when we had it towed to the dealership on the 25th of January. Luckily, he made it safely to work. We took it back to the dealership and this time it had over 80 codes. We provided video of the occurrence and the service advisor Ellis ******* agreed that something is happening, but it would be another week until they could run diagnostics. They said they could replace the computer PCU at $1400 but it could be something else. We declined the fix since we had already paid $1400.00 to fix an oil leak. When we went to pick up the jeep it had a note that said it needed to be towed. This was not stated in our phone call to Elis. We are disappointed in the lack of customer service we received. And our vehicle still remains parked in our driveway unable to be driven. I need to voice my concerns because I feel like we were treated unfairly, and they just wanted us to pay for services out of our own pocket. *********** is horrible as well. After 3 weeks of back and forth with *********** and Mac Haik our vehicle is still not fixed.

      Hello. Well I have to say I am very disappointed. One I did not meet with the correct salesman that stated that she would be there to help me named Desiree F***** And the salesman I met with did not know of anything i discussed with previous salesman, Desiree F****
      I had to start all over. The Durango I wanted wasn't even available.
      Plus the mechanics that did appraisal on my car for trade in, they damaged my vehicle. My front bumper spoiler is broken off and they just threw it in my back seat. I'm gonna need that fixed and paid for ASAP. I'm driving and there is rattling coming from front end.

      So I waist my time driving an hour then left with my vehicle damaged. I will be contacting Mr. Haik about this.

      I bought a RAM 3500 from the dealer for my towing business. I had to make a trip from ****** ** ******* which is an 8 hours trip back and forth. When signing the papers the original salesman wasn’t even there to help me. After that I sent my truck to work and came to find out that the truck doesn’t have a trailer break system which is very important for my line of work. Because of truck missing the trailer break system my driver got into an accident which resulted in the front bumper going in all the way. I had to call the salesman and talk to him about this and he agreed to get a trailer break system into my truck. After the truck leaves to work again I came to find out the trailer break system doesn’t work properly and the trailer breaks are still a problem. Once I had make another 8 hour trip to Houston and back to figure this out with salesman. They were able to fix that but once the truck came out they caused another issue where the trailer lights system doesn’t work. This time I came to dealership with my truck and once there the general manager cause a huge scene saying we were being rude and that’s understandable because this is already 3 trips to dealer where the problems can’t be resolved and I’m losing a huge amount of money on a brand new truck. I want this dealership to either fix this truck for me or some kind of reimbursement for all my troubles.

      This customer became very verbally abusive to many members of the dealership staff. The vehicle was altered by the customer by a conversion company not by us. He brought the vehicle here expecting us to repair another companies work that we had nothing to do with. After being informed that the alterations he had chosen to do to the vehicle were causing the issues, he became abusive to several members of our team. No person especially an elderly lady deserves to be treated in the manner that he behaved. We are happy to assist in any matter for a consumer even when the issues have nothing to do with the work we have preformed. This gentleman cursed out two separate employees on a recorded phone line and then came into the dealership and belittled both my service personnel and my receptionist. He has since been banned from the property and is not welcomed back under any circumstance.

      I purchased a truck back in June of 2022 from your salesmen Royce. I had a payoff of a *** ****** that was $23,500. On our contract it stated that as well. ***** ***** was the bank that received the payoff. Mac Haik only sent $22,900. I have missed out on close to $500 that is owed to me, not from ***** *****, but Mac Haik. My wife and I have both called, texted Royce over 5 times. NO RESPONSE. I have left messages with the finance agent that helped us, Anthony... NO RESPONSE. The dealership will just pass me off to a voicemail.

      We issued a payoff and equity check for this consumer on 07-21-2022. the payoff check in the amount of 23009.08 was cashed by the lien holder however the refund check for the amount of 490.92 is still outstanding. I was notified via email by the customer that he had not received his difference check on 10-18-2022 and we overnighted him a new check. This matter is resolved to my knowledge
