I have been there maybe 4-5 times. This time I asked for a full set and a pedicure. They put a young kid maybe in his 15-17 years old to do my toes, and he didn’t even know what he was doing. I’m 100% sure he’s not even licensed. He cut my toe nails super short without even asking me first so I was left with no toe nails. I never complain about prices because I like to pay for a good service. I asked the young guy to stop doing what he was doing, and the manager came and she said that if I wanted somebody else to do my toes and I said no. When I went to go pay I asked the receptionist how much was my total and she said $88 when the guy doing my nails the first he told me without even asking was the total of the nails I wanted. He said your total is going to be $60 for ombré nails and said yeah that’s fine. I asked to speak to a manager about my total and she said that the young kid that was doing my toes had done the full service and I said no, he didn’t. First of all she never apologized for his mistake, humiliated me and got an attitude with me and said I still had to pay. When I asked her if he was licensed she got nervous and said that he was licensed. I payed for my service but I will never be back. They clearly don’t care about their customers. They are clearly hiring people that is not even licensed.
