In April 2022, a company called Angelo C******** ******* *** ** ****** ***** ****** ************** We were scammed by this company, and we are demanding our funds be returned to us. This company told us to go ahead and give Quai Holdings $10,935 dollars. They gave a false Pre-Approval letter. Then turned around and told the company that we were approved and for them to write the contract. We kept calling because 11k$ is a lot of money to be gone down the drain because someone didn’t do their jobs properly. We have emails where we kept reaching out before the deadline to get our money back per **** ******** ********. They kept misleading everyone who was involved in this transaction. We reached out multiples times to talk to the owner Mr. C********, and he hasn’t responded to us regarding their mishaps. We lost $10,935+$550 for inspection. This company needs to be held reliable because it was their company’s fault that we could not close on this home. They said because the ******** *** *** don’t match the transcripts they received from *********** ** **********. I thought what is in black and white topples what the ** ********** says due to the way that **** pays their employees. They got ghosted after we told them what they had done, it’s like they didn’t even care about our hard-earned money that we worked for. Nobody has that kind of money to throw away on false claims by this company. They were supposed to know about the deadlines, and we kept calling, and emailing them no answers from none of the so-called people that were supposed to be our mortgage team. This is embarrassing, and time consuming, not only that they messed up the credit pulling it multiple times so now we have to start over due to their lack of communication, their negligence, misinformation, and running the credit low. They should not be allowed to do business in FL, this is very wrong how they mistreated us. They always say they never did business with someone!! Hold them accountable.
