They never sent the phone i paid for. Then kept sending emails over and over that My phone service was canceled. I got about 15 emails. I never received a phone. I would leave 0 stars for this company. I think they are fraudulent...Review from Sean K

Same issue as another customer on here. I switched/transferred to another provider for better service. They sent me an email and stated that if I don't switch back, they'll charge me full price for a phone I bought from them at an introductory discount because I left their unsatisfactory service they provided before 120 or so days which I have had them as my provider for a few years already. I'm trying to contact them but it's all automated and I'm unable to get a live person to talk to.Review from Jamie C

Zero stars. I've been on the phone for over 2 hours on hold just waiting for someone to pickup. My service was shut off for no reason or without warning. No one will respond to my emails either.Cintex Wireless LLC Response

Worst company ever. Had this service for several months. Paid for an Samsung Galaxy Phone which was $50 for a used piece of garbage. Looking to switch company's if they don't help me out. They tell me today if I leave they’re going to charge me retail price for an outdated phone. I went over my agreement and it doesn’t state this. Avoid this company! This is a huge problem and I don't understand why they sent used / scratched up phones.Cintex Wireless LLC Response

I have had their service for about a year. Last month, my internet on the phone was turned off on the 10th. I called. Repeatedly. I was told A) I had used all of my data. B) I had used 10.3 GB's of my allowed 8GB of data. C) I had used all of the 15GBs of allowed data....D) When I asked how I could have used 10.3GB if only allowed 8GB, I was hung up on. Numerous times. Fine. I reviewed Cintex on this BBB site. I received 6 emails telling me that a representative from Cintex would contact me... I then received 2 more emails telling me that since I never contacted THEM, this case was closed... My internet was back on come April 1. Being wary of Cintex, I checked my data usage on April 2. The website and the app said I had used 7.1 GB of data. Mobile data wasn't even on.. I finally got around to calling them again a few minutes ago. The first person, Alice, told me that I "still have almost 8 GB of data left." I explained that since no one knows for sure how much data I am allowed, she can't tell me what is left. She repeatedly continued to try to placate me by telling me the Usage amount on their site was an error, and that I had almost 8 GB of data left. I asked for a supervisor. I got "Sam." I explained to Sam the problem. He then tried to tell me that the usage they listed was an error and that I had almost 8 GB of data left. I was looking at their website and my "usage " during the call. My usage said I had used 7.16 GB's exactly. Sam told me that was wrong, and that I had exactly 7. 84 GB left. Which I found quite telling, as 7.16 + 7.84 = 15... I told Sam once I reached 8 GB according to their made up usage amount, my internet would be shut off. He told me "I will turn it over to my technical team" about 10 times. I asked if my actual usage would show up on their site any time soon. He said He could not give me a day and time in which his "technical team" might rectify their mistake... It was then that I knew I was wasting my time...Not an error. Had this service for several months. Paid for an IPhone 7 which was $99. Just switched to cricket for better and faster more reliable service. They tell me today that now I need to switch back or they’re going to charge me retail price for an outdated phone. I went over my agreement and it doesn’t state this. This company deserves 0 stars! Back in November they said to order a new phone because the SIM card was working just fine. So low and behold I ordered a new phone and still doesn't work. So I call back and explain the issue further and they said oh well, it must be a Sim card problem. So they sent me a new SIM card. I put it in the phone and still nothing. Then proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay $25 for another replacement phone(shipping). These company is taking the states money for these phone plans and not even giving people adequate service. The data works on the phones but not the calling service. We can't make or receive calls, but the Internet works?!? Someone please make that make sense!?! This company needs to be turned into the state and let them know what is happening. I refuse to give out any more money to this fraudulent company.Cintex Wireless LLC Response
