Date: August 4, 2023 Kristy, Owner of ****** ****** On August 1 we spoke via zoom due to you stated your renovations wouldn’t be done until mid-August at your office space. After our conversation on how you could help my business, I stated to you I was very interested never did I state I was committed to you doing business. You then ask me to see if I could clarify for loan never did you stated verbally or in writing this was a non -refundable loan! On August 4th, I text you and called you requesting you CANCEL the loan due to the interest was too high, and my fiancé and I would pay cash of 4500.00. This is when you text me back and stated you didn’t offer refund! You also stated give you till Monday to see if you could CANCEL since no services has been rendered! So, if no services have been rendered why would you take the funds, when I informed you to CANCEL! I was never notified by you accepted the funds from ******, you never rendered any services for my company! It has been five months since our last conversation, you never attempted to contact to render services, however you accepted the $10,000.00 from ******. This company is requesting me to pay the loan. You have misled me throughout this process of attempting to do business with your organization. I spoke with ****** regarding you returning the funds, since no services has been rendered!
