            My refrigerator has been out for 38 days Brands make a new refrigerator the technician has come to my house twice both times without addressing the issue I can hear the ice hitting the fan but he says that that is not the problem it is the problem he sprayed Freon all over my kitchen I had to bleach my counters and my floors and everything so my dog would not get poisoned their service is absolutely horrible and I still do not have a working refrigerator this is unacceptable behavior from a business they cannot expect the customer to eat out every meal of every day for over 38 days straight it is very expensive I cannot afford it due to their incompetence

            If I could give Zero stars I would. Fight, Fight, Fight... this company will find anything possible to void the warranty of a Samsung appliance. They found a dime size dent on my dishwasher and claimed physical damaged, so this voids the warranty. This company is a SCAM, do not do business with them. I wanted clarification why a small dent could cause a leak in a different part of the dishwasher and they could not give me an answer other than "physical damage voids the warranty". When you try to call Samsung they tell you they rely on the NISI assessment and they are the professionals so they stand by what they determined. Both these companies need to be investigated.

            2023-08-24//11:30:59//TECH SUPPORT AGENT[*jessica.********] HA Physical Damage - tech uploaded photos, tech found leak appears to b e coming from the tub, lots of water marks coming from the right side, used v/s, found the tub is damaged at the back right bottom edge, can see tub wall is dented in causing a pinch in the metal, left side OK. advised tech this tub damage is considered irrepara ble physical damage, this type of damage is not covered by Samsung s warranty policy. If the customer disagrees with the assessment , please ask them to call 1800SAMSUNG. // WATER LEAK // UNDERNEATH // UNDERNEATH
