    Yes, it's a scam. I made the mistake of not ******** BBB first, but I did immediately file a dispute with my credit card co., and their charge was reversed.

    This company is a scam. They pose as a legitimate health insurance company, but they are not. Beware and run away from their phone calls. They also harassed me, calling my number about every 5 minutes. Have filed complaints with the Federal Trade commission, the FCC and my state's insurance board.

    SCAM! Same issues as everyone else, they were smooth talking me into medical, dental and vision plan with Aetna and I can't even register, record doesn't even show I'm in the system. I really make a mistake. They took $502.95 out of my account. I'm so mad... We are a family of 4 and honestly I'm so freaking missed reading all of these reviews. I'm only hours in and questioning. Canceling in the morning and will be contacting my bank tomorrow, I feel so stupid for falling for it. I needed insurance, but now I'm very discouraged. My "agents" name was Clifford Belton, and I can't find any information on him, yup SCAM. F YOU Adriot Health Group" for taking my husband's hard earned money. He's going to be so upset with me, gosh.. never again! I might put in a lawsuit, quite frankly!

    This company is a scam company telling me they have got what I need I paid over 350 for insurance to pay for meds the pharmacy had to put in good rx because adroit health group did nothing it was higher then good rx this company is a joke

    A total nightmare. Wife signed up thinking it was United Healthcare. It's not! BACKING out after one month. $370 paid the first month for nothing. Customer no service was a joke 15 minute wait... disconnect... another 15 minute wait. Some one came on and said we will call you... NEVER DID. Run Forest! Fun fast.

    First of all they don’t deserve any stars scam me out of 3911 dollars received nothing in return but I am out 391 dollars to not use this company please I will fight to the end to get my money was lied to by agent put on hold on phone for 1 hour to tell me nothing just blowing smoke in my face will not stop writing reviews I want my money back you took 391 dollars from me and I got nothing but a negative bank account.


    How does this company take my money 391.00 and get away with it they provide me with no service told me they were not taking money out until I got approved we got disconnected they took money out the same day 2 minutes after we were disconnected AGAIN they gave me nothing I want my money back or will not stop posting reviews they are nothing but a SCAM outfit not even one star negative stars

    Avoid doing business with this company- if they even give you the business name! I am having my attorney try to get my refund back after 3 days of being with the plan. Probably not a scam, but no coverages and no customer service. Super long holds- they hope you give up. Avoid!!

    This is the worst scam and there is no customer service. They lie to get you to sign up with a kind rep then they disappear and almost impossible to get to a human. Stay away from this company. How are they still allowed to be in business.
