Dealing with Clarke law has been one of the most frustrating & unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I was in a car accident May of 2022, a friend referred us to Chris because she had worked with him on a previous case. Chris was rude and constantly gave us contradicting information. We were told to have our medical insurance pay for our hospital bills then a week later he would call and tell us we made the mistake of doing this & this could possibly affect our case. We had not heard from Chris in almost 2 months after numerous text and calls, we requested for the case to be given to someone else. Once the case was passed off I only spoke to ruby, the firms assistant, she would call and ask for information, tell me I would hear back within a few days and I didn’t get an update until I would call for one. I tried to be patient with this company for awhile & after months with no update finally requested answers. Janurary 2023, I spoke with Peter Clarke, the owner of the firm and he let me know Ruby was no longer with the company. Super patient still but annoyed that I wasn’t updated. In the beginning, Mr. Clarke was very informative and assured me the case would be resolved within 30 days. I settled with the bare minimum for my case March 2023 because I was tired of dealing with the firm. I was given incorrect information on numerous occasions and again, only receiving an update on the case when I had to call. When reaching out for an update, I was met with attitude from the new assistant Amber and condescending careless responses, as well excuses from Peter ****** himself. It is May of 2023 and I’ve finally received my pay out from this case a year ago, when I asked Mr. ****** to directly deposit the check into my bank he told me he didn’t have the man power however, he was able to do it for another party in my same case with no issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
